Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a perfect location for a ski trip. We were able to come back for lunch and a rest every day. The pull out couch could use a new mattress. We had a 6 and 9 year old and after the first night, they opted to sleep on just the couch because it was so uncomfortable. The footboard in the bedroom sticks out very far and it’s a tight squeeze, so you have to be extra careful or you’ll have some nice bruises. Kitchen was well stocked! Overall, great stay.

Great place to stay for ski trip

We will be definitely back! Great location< clean and comfortable place with all you need . The Host is very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Clean, great location but bedding could be improved.

Quick stay over prez weekend. Great location to Peak 9 lifts and easy walk to Main Street. Unit was clean. Only gripe is the pullout mattress my kids slept on was in pretty rough shape and very uncomfortable—even for a pullout.

Review

The stay was amazing and would definitely book again. My only complaint is the bed. The sheet were like sand paper. We ended up taking them off and it’s was fine.

Great place,

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for and right on the slopes. Also within easy walk of restaurants and shops. The only hitch was the check-in process which can only be done at the property manager’’s office. We had intended to take a shuttle from the Denver airport with all our ski gear but had to rent a car in order to pick up and drop off the keys since walking with our equipment wasn’t practical. We tried to arrange other options with the property manager but they couldn’t accommodate.

We're glad you enjoyed the condo! This condo does require you to pick up keys at our office, because the building is locked and the HOA does not allow key storage in a lockbox on site. However, all shuttle drivers will stop at our office to allow you to pick up the keys - which is what we suggested to Eytan. What we could not accommodate was meeting Eytan at the condo building at 1AM to deliver keys. We're always more than happy to work with guests to find a reasonable solution!

You could only really get 3 people in here comfortably. Great hot tubs, truly ski and ski out. Location is amazing. The walls/ceilings don't offer much sound protection but you just have to ski hard and sleep hard. Amazing views.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Ski lift is right outside the door. Rental management company was great and very easy to work with. Kitchen was well stocked. Queen bed was great. The sofa pull out bed was really, really uncomfortable. The community hot tub was broken. Other residents said the hot tubs had been shut down periodically for repairs several times over the past few weeks. There can be some noise from pedestrians walking to town (and back from the bars late in the evening).

This year I decided to stay in a different unit. I was very happy with unit 509. It was exactly as pictured and described. The Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The heat was easy to control which is important in the middle of the winter. The location is idea for skiing and it is a short walk to town. There is also a bus stop for the free town bus system just across the street. The management company was very responsive when I had a minor question. Overall a great place to stay

Good , but...

Very good experience. The location is amazing. The only issue we had was with the mattress on the additional bed that should be replaced in our opinion since the springs dig into your back. However, we requested assistance with it and someone came with additional mattress in just an hour- amazing customer service.

Couple things I wish would've been better. 1- the mattresses were horrible as far as comfort. There was 4 of us and we all couldn't sleep because of how uncomfortable they were.-time for new ones. 2. The condo doesn't have a humidifier so in the winter when the heat is on the air gets extremely dry and its hard to breathe. Imagine uncomfortable mattress and dry air at night... we didn't get much sleep. The little 1/2 gallon humidifier that was there is too small for this condo. 3. We all got 1 towel each for 5 nights, so you answer the question your self if thats enough or not. Other than that its a nice place to stay in a nice building and in a god location.

Got wrongs keys was never able to get into property or get ahold of property owner

Was never able to get the keys or get into my property or get ahold of the property owner. The wrong keys were left for us and we waited several hours to hear from anybody. When we did the lady from the office was nice but was still unable to get ahold of the property owner so we had to check into a hote instead around midnight. After three days of calling I was finally able to get refunded but we were never able to use the property or get ahold of the owner.

GREAT LOCATION!

Nice building and condo, convenient ski storage and hot tub access is far better than most comparable buildings. The only parts of our condo were unsatisfactory are the bed is not a queen as advertised and the fireplace didn’t work. Also, the trash was not taken out from previous tenants which I’m guessing is solely on the property management team.
