Welcome to a charming 2 story apartment nestled in the heart of Old Quebec City. This beautifully renovated historical building offers 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms filled with old world charm and modern amenities like a kitchen equipped with all the essentials.

Situated on a cute street, the rental offers easy access to all major attractions in Old Quebec City and everything is within close proximity

Please note that there is no parking available on-site. However, we provide free underground parking for 1 car near the hotel, which is just a short 5-minute walk (approximately 350 meters) away. An access card is available in the unit for the parking facility, and please be aware that the height limit for vehicles is 2.30 meters.

Roomy comfort in Old Quebec City

My husband and I, accompanied by our adult daughter and her friend passed 3 nights here in this large, clean, comfortable apartment. Nearly every sight in le Vieux-Québec is an easy or at least manageable walk, including scores of restaurants. We were also happy to be able to catch up on a week’s worth of laundry and to have a kitchen for simple meals or snacks. There were two annoyances, which perhaps the owners could attend to. One was a lack of hanging space; there are no closets and only a few hooks. Second is better scraping of ice and slush from the walkway through the courtyard; we had to pick our way through and around the buildup. Otherwise, everything, from showers to beds and furnishings, was good. Note: guests communicate with the corporate owners, who have several properties, via messages. The cleaning staff appear in the afternoon to refurbish vacant apartments, but there is no resident or nearby staff/concierge/person at the property.

Wonderful stay!!!

This was a perfect apartment for our family during the Christmas German Market visit: comfortable, fantastic beds and linens, kitchen contained all the cookware needed for inside dining, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Host communicated quickly. Highly recommend. HighlyMany restaurants nearby.

As described and deserving of high ratings

A perfect location for visiting the walled city. The suite has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom is upstairs, the other is next to the kitchen. The suite itself was very clean but previous guests put away dirty dishes.

Old Quebec cozy retreat

Our group of 4 enjoyed a getaway at this great 2 BDR apartment. First of all, you cannot beat the location: within the fortification walls of Old Quebec, we were near everything from restaurants, cafes and shopping. The very well appointed apartment and kitchen included everything you would need as well as condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters..). Extremely clean, well finished rooms and very comfortable beds. The two bathrooms had full showers (with shampoo and shower gel). The second floor bathroom had a beautiful free standing soaker tub. A five star get away!

Super Location

Loved our time here. The location is ideal for everything we wanted to do. A quiet location in a lovely courtyard. Very clean. Appointments are generally adequate (but we had to go out searching for a corkscrew, lol). It was a little confusing figuring out the entry system when we got there. You need to use the keypad on the green garage-type door to enter through the courtyard. But we'd definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable. Great way to see old Quebec City

The unit is spacious and comfortable. Finding the entry the first time is not straight-forward but, once you've found it, it is easy. We lucked out that another guest was standing outside the door and confirmed that it was where we go in. All of old Quebec City is walking distance (if you can handle a few hills). Parking is a few blocks away but convenient enough since you walk most everywhere. I recommend that you venture out of old Quebec City some. With all of the cruise ships that dock at old Quebec city, it can feel a bit like Disneyland at times. I also recommend a day trip to Parc National de la Jacques Cartier.l It is a nice place to hike and get a little break from the city. I definitely recommend this VRBO and would stay there again if I were to visit Quebec City again.

A wonderful experience!

My husband, our three children, my mom, and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property in July 2024. It was spotlessly clean, had a great layout, and the location was ideal, right in the heart of Old Quebec City. Staying here allowed us excellent access to so many attractions and the space was perfect for us. The host was friendly and responsive. It was so rewarding to get to stay in such a prime location in this charming and magnificent city.

Perfect

Every member of our family of 5 enjoyed this vacation; that is a feat with 3 teenage boys! The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect about of space for when everyone needed to relax between activities. The location was safe and perfectly located within the Old City and within walking distance of the new. If we had planned ahead, I would have taken advantage of the parking space located just up the block. Sandy was quick to respond throughout the process. I'd highly recommend this rental and lan on looking at Sandy's other properties in the future.

Great place to stay, tour around, and spread out

My husband and I took our 3 grown boys for a long weekend. We loved the accommodations, it was enough room for everyone to have their space. 2 bathrooms and showers, plus the full kitchen, and washer dryer were all fantastic. The location was superb, minutes to walk the old town. Very safe and quiet area. Sandy and her crew were great and easy to work with. Thanks for a great long weekend away!

Perfect Mother’s Day trip

I booked the apartment to take my 80 year old parents and my college aged daughter as a Mother’s Day gift for my mother. A wonderful property. Perfectly located. Includes free underground parking pass which is located about two blocks away- easy and great. There is also 1hour street parking on the street so you can load/ unload your car before you park in garage. Apartment is next to the Grande Allee gate to the old city. Google map to see how easy it is to walk everywhere. Looks just like pictures. Beautiful. Plenty of towels provided. Comfortable beds and tasteful decoration. We didn’t need to heat or cool apartment because we were there in May but it has heat and air plus wonderful large windows for light. Apartment is off an internal courtyard so no street noise or traffic at night. We cooked a few meals to eat there and ate out as well. It was great to do both in old city and new city. There are small markets walking distance but for groceries to cook you just need to drive about 15 min down the main Grande Allee to find a full size grocery store. If you are looking for a clean beautiful apartment, restful and quiet but outside the front door you are perfect for exploring old and new quebec city then stay here.
