Great Place
The location was great and the property was perfect. It was very nice on the inside. The kitchen had everything I needed and the management company was on top of everything. I will be staying there again for sure. I travel a lot to the Kirkland area and this place was in a great location. Near the freeway and lots of food choices. Everything I truly needed was within a 10 min drive max.

Did not stay because of the demeanor of the owner.
The experience trying to check in with the owner of this property was negative in every way. He insisted on getting his money before he gave me the information to send my information. He kept threatening that he would rent it to somebody else if I didn’t respond in a timely manner ultimately, I did not stay at this property. We stayed with with family. I highly recommend that this owner changes his demeanor toward potential renters.
