This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa apartment is just 3 blocks from the wide, sandy beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This property is located within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants like Aruba Beach Cafe, Laspada's Five Star Hoagies, Even Keel Seafood, Burger Fi, Taco Craft plus a myriad of shops and activities. The living room has leather furniture and 50 inch Xfinity cable Smart HDTV. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet , HDTV and private bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet, HDTV and private bath. The third bedroom has twin beds, HDTV and a work desk for your laptop. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The gallery kitchen features all new appliances and cabinets as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware and cooking utensils. The villa has been completely renovated to like new condition inside and out. The new impact windows and doors afford a virtually soundproof inside environment when it's time for that afternoon nap. We have also just installed new super quiet spit AC systrms in every room. You also can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with new tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, propane gas grill and even a fountain or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant.

Great Weather, Fabulous Beaches & the Ocean: Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America with all of its picturesque waterways and canals and your destination villa is located around the corner from the world-famous sandy, shallow beach of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Nearby are great restaurants with waterfront dining, unending family activities such as water taxis, snorkeling, drift fishing, glass bottom boat rides and of course, shopping - the list goes on and on. All details of where to go and see are provided to you upon arrival for your convenience. Our goal is for our guests to have the most memorable and fun vacation holiday imaginable.

AMENITIES NOTES: Everything from sunscreen to shampoo has been provided for you in order to make this a vacation you will always remember. We provide brochures on nearby activities as well as menus from our favorite restaurants. The house comes with WiFi and internet access and we supply beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for those sunny days on the sand. A pack n play and high chair are available on site. This is truly a home away from home but one that also reflects the South Florida lifestyle. We do have a minimum age requirement of 25.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights at our host's apartment. It was spotless, very quiet, plenty of space and comfortable to be in. Down to the adorable patio to the welcoming treats! Our hosts were simple to communicate with, and definitely know how to run their business well. We look forward to going back!

This condo is absolutely perfect for a family wanting to stay near the beach. The location to the beach and shopping is perfect. The three spacious rooms and three bathrooms were immaculate! The laundry area was great and there are lots of toys and beach chairs to use. The condo is very quiet, we didn't hear any street noise. We would definitely stay here again for sure!

I recently stayed at this property and overall, it was a good location with a few areas for improvement.The 3 positives: location, location, location!The location is fantastic—just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and dining. You truly can't beat the convenience for the price point. It's a great value for anyone looking to enjoy this charming beach town without breaking the bank.The not-so-great:A few things detracted from the stay:One major issue was the smell of marijuana coming from a neighboring unit with their door wide open. Since you have to pass this unit to get to the rented unit, it was hard to avoid. I informed the owner but asked them to disregard, as I didn’t want any tension with the neighbor during our stay. The owner later mentioned that the neighbor "indulges sometimes," which would’ve been helpful to know upfront.The welcome sign had the wrong name listed, which felt impersonal and a little confusing upon arrival.The sheets, while they did smell laundered, were noticeably stained. I reached out, and the owner explained that the cleaning crew isn't always careful about removing stained linens. That transparency was appreciated, but again—something that could be improved ahead of guest arrivals.If management tightens up a few details—especially around cleaning standards and guest prep—this property could easily go from good to great.

Great location and layout

This property was centrally located to multiple restaurants, a Walgreens and the beach. The place was clean and very quiet. All beach needs were provided including chairs and umbrellas. We especially liked that all bedrooms had an en suite. Will definitely stay again!

Highly recommended, would stay again!

Great location, spacious, nice touches inside and out--very pleasant outdoor space and a nicely equipped kitchen. The hosts were great with clear communication and their hospitality.Thankfully no noise disturbance despite the central location (the unit does not face nearby traffic)--what a pleasant surprise to not have that typical tradeoff!I highly recommend any chance to enjoy a stay here!

Comfortable and close to the Action

We had a group of six adults. The layout of the unit was great- three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. At our ages sharing a bathroom can be problematic! Kitchen was well equipped, excellent notes and a lovely snack basket! Easy walk to the beach and some great restaurants. We were very happy with this place.

Girls weekend

Location, location, location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The owners were gracious and intuitive to our needs. Our stay was so comfortable, enjoying the outdoor space as much as the indoors. You will not be disappointed in the space, the cleanliness and well appointed layout of this beach retreat! We will be back for another girls weekend next year!

Great location

The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere and hardly needed a vehicle. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom too. There was a welcome basket that had goodies in it which was great on our 1st day since we had not went to the grocery store yet. The owners were very accommodating. The fact that they had beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs was a huge plus. There was also a washer and dryer with detergent provided. They definitely thought of every detail. We will be back. This is great for people traveling by air since you can’t bring these amenities with you.

Perfect location, 2 blocks from beach

We had an unexpected trip to South Florida due to a family funeral. There were 5 adults in our group, including 2 couples and one single. This 3 bedroom unit was absolutely perfect. Having not only 3 bedrooms but also 3 en suite bathrooms for each bedroom ensured that each person had the room they needed as well as some privacy during this difficult few days. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and there was a public grocery store close by to pick up any supplies. While the unit had plenty of space for all of us, We spent the majority of every waking moment sitting out on the outdoor patio space... Drinking our morning coffee, eating meals out on the table and enjoying evening conversations at the end of the day. The beach front is literally just around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Although it can be a busy area with tourists especially during the day, We felt very safe in this community and enjoyed the privacy of the patio immensely. Jan, the owner was very responsive to any questions or inquiries. Having never been to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, we would absolutely rebook this unit and recommend.

Ft Lauderdale by the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely well provisioned in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The apartment was very clean. Access was very good. Would have liked to face the beach, but we knew we wouldn’t when we selected this rental. But a good location with easy beach access and a variety of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Enjoyed the cappochinos at the Italian coffee shop and highly recommend the Blue Moon restaurant on the intracoastal waterway. Had minor issue with the internet on arrival (modem was unplugged) but had no trouble contacting the owner who easily directed me to the location of the modem. The rental process was easy, friendly and well-managed. The A/C in the unit was excellent. Beach towels and a cooler were even provided.

Great location, cute place

We had a wonderful stay in your home at Lauderdale by the Sea! The house was just as listed and the owner was great with communication. The beach chairs were awesome to have and it was so easy to get to the beach. The wagon and cooler weren’t available but the owner dropped by a new cooler as soon as we told him it was missing. We loved the location just steps away from great restaurants and fun shops! We would stay here again.

Great location for a beach getaway

This property is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. It also has chairs and umbrellas, which is nice as well. We’d definitely rent here again.

Wonderful location

Such a wonderful location. The property is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and several bars and restaurants. Enjoyed walking to an Italian cafe every morning for pastries and lattes. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive to questions. The unit comes with everything you need for the beach....cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The beach chairs were in excellent condition! Small laundry room next to unit with laundry soap. The weather was terrible while we were there (25 inches of rain in a rare weather event). Thankful we had a nice place to stay during the storm. The courtyard was very nice and surprisingly quiet. I thought with the main road outside the gate we would hear the noise, but not the case. Overall a great place to stay especially if you like being able to walk around Lauderdale by the Sea. If you like Sunday brunch The Blue Moon Fish Company is a 5 minute walk and one of the best!
