Surf View Villa - Caribbean Life at it's Best! Sleeps up to 12

Surf View Villa is a five bedroom, three and a half bath ocean view vacation home, located minutes from Sandy Beach in Bario Puntas, Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Our spacious, comfortable and clean Caribbean accommodations sleep up to 12 guests. Our fully equipped kitchen allows our guests to enjoy al fresco meals on our terraces. The newest addition to the Villa is a full wet bar complete with ice maker, refrigerator, and cook top for cooking meals downstairs on the large newly added open air balcony, complete with Ping Pong, music, plenty of seating, and views of the jungle and Caribbean Sea.

Activities: Rincon has many area activities, which include: Exploring secluded blue water beaches, Swimming, Surfing, Kiting, Paddle Boarding, Body Boarding, Diving or Snorkeling our pristine waters, Sailing on an afternoon or sunset cruise, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Fishing on a charter boat, Whale Watching, Flying our skies in a parasail, Collecting sea glass on the beach, Riding horses on the beaches and hills, Sightseeing, Spelunking in nearby caves, Hiking, Cycling, Bird watching, or after a fun-filled day, a relaxing Massage.

Sightseeing: The Rincon area has many sights, which include: Awesome and dazzling Sunsets, El Faro Lighthouse Park, Mount Atalaya (view our coast from over 1,000 feet), Camuy Caves, Arecibo Radio Telescope, Dos Bocas Reservoir Lake and shore Restaurants, Museums and Historical Sites, Tropical Forests and Nature Preserves, Watching Whales in Winter and Manatees in Summer.

Amenities: BBQ Grill, Ping Pong table, 2nd kitchen downstairs, A/C in every room, ceiling fans, large flat screen TV, wireless Internet access, two stereos with iPod/iPhone/iPad connection both upstairs and downstairs, bed linens and bath towels, outdoor shower and changing room, fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The house was perfect!

Loved Surf View Villa house!! The views were amazing and location was great! Owner and property manager were very accommodating and check in on us frequently during our stay. Can't wait to visit again!!

Family Reunion

We rented this house and another one in the same street for a family reunion. Clean, well maintained and managed. Close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Would recommend and/or stay again!

Great House, Great Location, Great Hospitality

We just finished a stay at Surf View Villa and I have to say it was the perfect house. My family spent Christmas there this year and could not have picked a better spot for the 8 of us. The location is great, just a short walk down the hill to the beach, and the view is pretty nice to take in over your morning cup of coffee. Joe and Wilson were extremely hospitable, and Wilson was just a phone call away if anything came up. I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering it.

Excellent place

We had a group of 11 people on a surf trip here in March of 2017. The house had plenty of room to accommodate our large group and the outside living space downstairs was awesome. The house had all of the ammenities we needed and was very clean. I would recommend surf view villa for any large group and would definitely stay there again. Excellent experience.

Beautiful experience in Rincon

We went on a weekend getaway (5 couples) and stayed at the villa. The place is spacious and there are different areas in the house where we could spend time to talk and relax. All the rooms were in excellent conditions and the place was very clean. The beach is just 2 mins away, there are many local restaurant in the area, and the manager was very accesible. The villa is fully equipped, all we had to bring was the food and our clothes. We would definitely recommend this place to more fam and friends.

Fantastic Stay

My group had a wonderful stay at Surf View Villa. Joe was communicative and there was always someone available to address any problems (there weren't any) as the site manager lives down the street. Rooms well kept. Great deck and grill. Fantastic view of the ocean from the front and the woods from the back. Kitchen has everything you will need. The North beach is walking distance and the famous West beaches are a short ride away. Highest review for this great property.

Perfect Villa!

Our stay here at Surf Villa was totally Memorable & we couldn't have made a better choice! Everything was perfect & the layout of the house was very nice & accommodated all of our needs with it spacious layout. The hike down to the beach was no problem, but for just a few of the guys the hike back up was Hilarious! Great food, Bars, & Surfing all at your fingertips & down the road from Parasailing & Snorkeling along with other activities.! I highly recommend your stay here will be Awesome! Thank you again.

Great place to stay

The place was awesome! I loved both outside sitting areas! Don't be alarmed if you get there and there is a dog there it is the neighbors. Two of the outside bedrooms and one bathroom are accessed on the lower level patio not through inside of house. But good locks on all doors, well lit up and cameras outside for security.

This was an amazing location away from all the craziness. Clean and spectacular. If you are loking for views this is the perfect location. The property manager was amazing also communication was on point and informative, willing to help in any way he can. Plan on being back very soon..... this is the place for you!! Dont miss out!!!!!! Perfect Place for a Larger Group

I’ve been to Rincon 4 times, and this is the best place I’ve stayed by far. Joe’s place was incredible, he’s done a lot of work since some of the pictures were posted too. Just a short walk to the beaches and great for large groups of surfers or families. Plenty of room for epic ping pong tourneys. Joe and Dave were incredibly professional and hooked it up with the restaurant tips. Thanks guys!

Excellent relaxing place!

Our family stayed at Surf View Villa for a weekend and we had a marvelous time! The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Our kids were entertained with the ping pong table while us adults relaxed at the upper deck and enjoyed the morning as well as the afternoon views. The decks could have been better cleaned before guest arrival. There were a lot of webs and spiders along the staircase and we had to further clean the outside table. We would have used a water hose but couldn't find the cleaning supplies easily. A tour of the house or a welcome guide would have made things easier(we found the washer and dryer the day we were leaving). That aside, the administrator was very nice. There was a minor thing with the faucet and he took notes of that and our suggestions. We would love to stay there again.

Big and spacious! Great location!

Very clean, big, comfortable. Great porch below to hang out with ping pong and hammocks. Great location - close to very good restaurants and beaches (got locked out of bedroom) Very well maintained. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately. Very attentive!!! Great place for small family reunion.

Rincon for 12 - Very nice.

We rented this house for two nights with our 4 families (12 in total). House is very well located on one of Rincón's main roads. Very nice layout and unique in this way (5 rooms) Very well equipped and relaxing. Nice view and terrace was a blast to talk for hours.

Wonderful home and location is perfect!

Six friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Surf View Villa. Plenty of room for everyone and a very comfortable stay. The house offers great features. The kitchen is perfect to prepare meals as well as the grill on the top porch. The hammocks make for a great sleep area and the ping pong table was perfect for a couple friendly competitions. The views off the front and back of the house were amazing to walk out and see in the morning. We spent time at the incredible beaches rat the bottom of the hill and found a few good watering holes as well. Joe was very friendly and had great suggestions for things to do and places to go. Elier also was very friendly and had no problem answering any questions. Thanks again Joe for helping make our trip unbelievable. We will return!!

Awesome, Adventurous, and Relaxing!

We had such a fantastic experience at Surf View Villa. The owner and property manager were a delight to deal with. The home was very clean, well stocked, and relaxing - especially the hammocks!! My fiancé and I spent about 8 days there. We had the most fun because there were so many options for activities as well as having the choice to stay in and chill. Some of the activities we did were: chartered deep sea fishing, surfing lessons (so much fun we went twice - never been a shark attack in PR AND we saw sea turtles!!), scuba diving, zip lining, rappelling, and kayaking in the jungle! There is beach, shopping, and restaurants walking distance. The food was amazing and also the grocery store is very close and easy to find. Really the options are limitless. It was probably one of the best trips we've taken in a long time and we travel quite a bit! It's a must go!!

Great house in a great location

Surf View Villa is a fantastic place to hang out, with lots of common areas- including an indoor living room and an outdoor deck/kitchen/BBQ/ping-pong area. The house is clean, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. Of course you're not in Rincon to spend all day indoors, but the house was a great place to come home to and relax after a long day of surfing, snorkeling, swimming,etc. It is a quick drive to several beaches and other attractions in the area. Highly recommended.

This is a huge house, very well equiped with everything you need. Rooms are very nice, all with air conditioning, very good tv with wi-fi. The terrace is the place for long fun nigths, we spend most of the evening and nigths on the terrace playing board games and doing BBQ. But is a little to far from the beach walking, at leat for us because we have kids and some people over 60 years old. I will improve two things: 1. The downsatirs room were nor very cleaned, we found the floor sticky and some dead insects on most of the beds. The other part of the house was clean. 2. The ascess to the downstair floor ( the one with the terrace and two bedrooms) were a little to risky ones. You have to use a spiral stairs or walk outside the house take some stairs that end on a downhill without anything to stop you if you fall. I will make some rails and aone gate. Other than that we have a great time, we went to the beach and some restaurant, we also went to the "plaza" to see some artesains and music.

5 star Hidden treasure

If you’re looking for a vacation rental located in a remote tropical oasis, look no further. This rental has is stacked soup to nuts and has it all. 5 bedrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, outdoor patio, wet-bar, bbq, ping pong table and full sound system with surround throughout the house make this villa a standalone compared to the others. Sitting atop a hill with a majestic view of the beach and located a few minutes away from Tamboo Beach Bar and several other local restaurants, bakeries and bars the location of this property is unbeatable. NOTE: IF you do not like the sounds of nature and rain forest (roosters, coqui, birds, etc) this is NOT the house for you! The property manager Wilson was readily available and very helpful with tips on local places and things to do also with any questions or concerns we had (how to turn on water/electric). Joe did an excellent job with this property and made sure we had a pleasant stay by checking in with our group during the trip. I travelled to Rincon with five people; needless to say all of us plan on returning and staying at the Super-Villa again asap.

Great place to stay

The house is located right in the middle of the best of Rincon, and is equipped with every thing you need. There are two speaker systems for playing your own music through out the house, a ping pong table, hammocks, a full kitchen, and a half kitchen on the deck (perfect for cold beers without moving to far from the hammocks). We have rented a lot of houses in PR for weekend vacations and this one had the most equipped kitchen by far. Everything you need to make family sized meals, which we absolutely did. There were no complaints to be had. When I go back out west this rental will be my first pick if available.

Home Sweet *Rincon* Home

I stayed at Surf View Villa in February for 7 days with 12 friends and had such an incredible experience I never wanted to come home! This trip was the perfect escape from the cold and snow and into a tropical paradise! One of the main components of my great experience was staying at this house which is located in the heart of Rincon near many beaches, restaurants, nightlife and beach bars. The house is split on 2 levels for adequate privacy/space and has a great upper outdoor deck overlooking the jungle - which was cool because you can see iguanas hanging out in the trees and enjoy a meal on the deck. There is also ping pong table, hammocks which you can hang as well as outdoor bar/BBQ grill setup on the lower level - this is perfect for when you are done soaking up the sun while playing on the beach or exploring town and just want to relax at home. I was able to practice my daily morning yoga poses on the lower level overlooking the jungle and we also grilled a few times during our stay which was really fun to stay-in, have the men grill while the ladies played cards and ping-pong. We pretty much surfed, snorkeled, hung out at the beach and relaxed at the house. Sometimes we would grill and sometimes we would go out - the house was quiet enough on the split levels so if you are upstairs you do not hear the noise downstairs and vice versa. All of the bed linens and towels were clean and the house was well stocked with extra linens, pots/pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc. We were also a short drive, or hike, down the hill to town and the beach - you can walk it but you probably want to rent a car. The house is perfect for a couple or couples, a family with children and extended family, and/or large groups of friends. It would also be good for a laid-back surfing business getaway. One last thing to note is that Joe, the owner, was beyond accommodating ensuring all of our needs were met. You can tell he takes pride in his property and wants the renters to have an enjoyable experience - just as he does every time he visits! He went above and beyond to answer our questions and point us in the right direction - he is very familiar with the neighborhood, Rincon and PR so is happy to help. He even has an on-site Rincon house manager for any last minute issues that pop up just in case he's not available. 5 Stars to Joe and Surf View Villa!

I'm an avid surfer and have been going to Rincon, PR since 1991. I fell in love with Rincon's incredible waves, warm water, and relaxed, friendly vibe. Come experience it for yourself, it's truly an amazing experience.

Rincon is very accessible from the US, with the closest airport being in Auguadilla, PR, only 30 minutes away (18 miles) by car. Jet Blue, United, and Spirit serve Aguadilla Airport (Code is BQN). If you can't fly into BQN, San Juan Airport (SJU) is an easy two hour drive on Route 22 to Route 2 to Route 115 to Rincon.

At the bottom of the hill is Sandy Beach, a great beach for catching some surf, swimming, kayaking, walking, finding shells, or just relaxing and enjoying the sun. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, or drive there in 2. Parking is easy. Plus there are many bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
