This home is located directly on Owasco Lake along the east side offering easy access and spectacular panoramic views. This is a beautifully appointed and decorated home with an open living concept. It's the perfect getaway for those large family & friend get togethers as well as offering a special retreat for couples. Spectacular views of the lake are provided through large patio glass doors and 95 feet of shale beach waterfront will add to your enjoyment.

This home is perfectly located for access to local attractions in the area as well -- you can easily get to the many conveniences in both Auburn and just a quick drive to the east in Skaneateles. Some of the local attractions of interest in the area include the Finger Lakes Wineries, Mirbeau Spa, Merry-Go-Round Playhouse or Emerson Park, Mid Lakes Navigation Boat Tours, Local Marinas for Boat Rentals, Waterloo Outlet Stores, and the regions Ski Slopes (Song Mountain, Skaneateles Ski Club, and Greek Peak). Enjoy the beautiful and colorful fall and winter scenery directly from this home or travel around the finger lakes area to take in all our region has to offer.

Inside the home there is a large eat in kitchen with expansive counter tops / island and all of the amenities to create your culinary delights. On the main level there is a family room and dining areas that lead out to the large, wrap around covered deck. The lake views from the main level are absolutely stunning, from both inside the home and out on the deck. The home offers a total of 5 bedrooms with ample room for guests to spread out and for privacy. The second level offers a wonderful master bedroom that overlooks the lake. There are 3 other separate bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well, and a 1st floor bedroom with easy access to the main level. There are 2 fireplaces in the home – a gas fireplace inside, and a wood burning fireplace on the outside deck. A fire pit is also located on the beach for those evening roasting of marshmallows by the lake. Firewood is provided for your convenience.

Outside there is over 90 feet of beautiful lakefront, with an additional lakeside deck, and dock which is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, or just relaxing. The sprawling, covered deck is great for large family gatherings and cookouts. The lake views from both decks are expansive and absolutely breathtaking. There are kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, fishing poles, outdoor patio furniture and lounge chairs & beach towels available for your use. A anchorage mooring is provided for guests that bring a boat. Just pack your clothes and come stay with us!

Primary guest will need to be 25 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

Owner strictly prohibits any special event gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby receptions, brunches, etc.

Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer a fully equipped kitchen, large indoor / outdoor dining tables, comfortable living space furniture and coffee maker. Main living level is open to the expansive outdoor covered deck. Accommodations are furnished with luxurious beds and bedding, towels and soaps / shampoos. Smart televisions are featured on the main living level. Kitchen offers refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and adjoining dining areas. Bathrooms include showers and hair dryers. On-site laundry facilities are provided -- both washer and dryer. Additionally, there is covered garage parking for 1 vehicle.

Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include an office area with desk and chair.
