Among the many modern comforts and conveniences, our private beach park is open with free shuttle service directly to the beach. Enjoy ample moments swimming in the crystal-clear waters or simply relaxing on the sand!

As soon as you step inside, you will discover a delightful living space that exudes comfort and style. The open-concept layout seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, providing a welcoming atmosphere for socializing and relaxation. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind after a day of exploration as you watch a favorite movie or show on the large TV. Gather around the dining table to enjoy a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which is complete with all stainless steel appliances and not one, but two coffee makers to please coffee enthusiasts in your group. The condo boasts a lovely balcony featuring a bistro table, where you can savor your morning coffee or indulge in alfresco dining while soaking up the Florida sunshine. Take in the views of the surrounding greenery and enjoy the tranquil ambiance that this outdoor space provides.

Bonita Bay, an Audubon-certified sanctuary community, spans 2,400 acres with 58% preserved for native wildlife. Immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture by visiting the charming downtown area, where you'll find a plethora of shops, galleries, and restaurants to explore. In addition to a prime location, you are also granted access to on-site community amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, a tennis court, and golf.

One of the highlights of this condo is the private washer/dryer, ensuring that you have the convenience of doing laundry right within the condo.

Things to Know
Starting May 6th until September 2nd, the roofs will be replaced for each building at the complex including the pool pavilion roof. This timeline may change due to weather and availability of materials.
The private beach shuttle runs from November to May.
Beginning March 31, 2024, Bonita Bay's private beach park will be closed due to a renovation project that is slated to be completed by early 2025. The private beach shuttle will also be down for maintenance from March 31, 2024, until April 15, 2024. The shuttle will take guests to Lover's Key Park and Doc's Beach House instead during this renovation. This timeline may change due to weather, turtle nesting season, and/or availability of materials. The entrance fee for Lover's Key Park is only covered during this time if you take the shuttle.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
