Lovely

Overall lovely experience in the villa. Spacious and beautiful. However we did not use the basement bedrooms or garage since it was not as neat but it didnt matter because we where only a family of six people and the rest of the house was great. 😊 Highly recommend!

Nice house - awesome view

Even though the house is not new, everything in the house works well. Kitchen is not that well equipped, and two of the beds are in the basement which is not optimal to say it the least. The area is only accessible via car.

By far the best villa

For starters the staff are fantastic, Sandra was so lovely and is always there if you ever needed her. The villa itself WOW!!! Me and 9 friends stayed and it was fantastic. Rooms massive, bathroom in each room, pool massive which they supplied all floats for adults and children including beach towels and the view, BEAUTIFUL…. The area is very quiet, which was amazing. Our only problem was there no shops near. The closest one a 20minute walk but you are a 10-15 minute drive (10-15€) from everywhere (Siam park, monkey park, quads, beach, main area and many more. Airport took 15-20 minutes which was (30€) which was fantastic.

Beautiful Villa

Had a lovely holiday here, was our first villa holiday and would definitely do it again. Villa was beautiful with lovely views looking down over adeje. Pool is a great size both kids and adults enjoyed. Kitchen is a great size with everything you need to cook up meals for the family. The villa is very far away from everything, we did walk one way down hill to the shop took about 40 minutes but could never manage it back up in the heat. Taxi or car rental is a must . Taxi only 10 euro down to front. Only down fall would be the jacuzzi bath is not a working jacuzzi as advertised and no air conditioning downstairs was uncomfortable at times especially with 35 degree heat. Overall we had an amazing holiday and would definitely go again.

The villa itself was lovely. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Few small issues like the jets on the jacuzzi bath not working and the oven being slow but I’m being picky with that. The big issue was the host did not inform us of building works being carried out next door ( when I say building works I mean they have a jcb levelling the ground for a new villa to be built ) when I contacted Keith to complain about the lack of information given regarding the building work I had no reply at all. So basically for the foreseeable future unless the sound of rubble being moved and a diesel engine is relaxing avoid staying here. Also for some reason although it doesn’t feel merky or dirty the pool water is quiet green in colour you can’t see the bottom of the pool at all even after it was cleaned on Monday.

Very enjoyable weeks stay with family.

Overall the property was very well appointed with a full range of facilities including cooking and washing facilities a games room with table tennis and table football. Easy access to amenities, restaurants etc. BUT you WILL need a vehicle. Fantastic views over Costa Adeje and the sea. The main “fly in the ointment” is the construction taking place next door where another property presumably is being built. This means work takes place from approximately 0800/0830 until 1530 each day excuding Sundays and Public holidays. If you want to simply spend the day at the villa utilising the pool and outdoor areas, the noise might be an issue. We discovered the construction when using Google Earth after paying a deposit. For us, the construction was not a major issue because we explored the area each day in our hire vehicle and by the time we returned, the work was finished for the day. In addition, we felt some areas of the villa were a little “tired”.Contact with the host was easy and effective.

Honest Review of Villa Angelica

Overall we enjoyed this villa. The setting is stunning with wonderful views down to the coast, gorgeous sunsets. To sum up what we loved - The views The pool, despite it being a bit murky as it has a sand filter it was really lovely and bigger than expected All the bedrooms are en-suite The outdoor space, lots of sun loungers and good bbq area The games room with table tennis and fussball table The four bedrooms are a fantastic size Plenty of parking What we think you should know - This villa is advertised as sleeping 10 - it very comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms but the 5th bedroom is literally a tiny room in the basement next to the garage/games room. No window and twin beds, it's very dreary and a real shame considering how grand all the other bedrooms are. The location is absolutely fine but you'll use your car all the time as there is nowhere to walk to. It's at the very top of a very steep hill and so consider car parking/taxi costs. There is building work going on directly opposite so it can be noisy early every weekday. We didn't mind too much, happy to be up and about but it did wake us up. We needed to contact the villa owner about an issue we had at the villa (no tv, no wifi at all) and he is still yet to reply and we've been home 2 weeks. This was only resolved after 3 days when we contacted vrbo and magically the wifi came on.

Familienurlaub April 2025

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und vier Kindern.Im Einzelnen: Große Schlafzimmer mit Bad, eine Suite Verschiedene Sitzbereiche auch für größere Gruppen Gut ausgestattete Küche Außenbereich schön angelegt, Pool angenehm groß Kein relevanter Baulärm Ein Kinderstuhl und Babybett (ohne Matratze) vorhandenDas muss auch gesagt werden:- Das gesamte Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, stark renovierungsbedürftig- Das fünfte Schlafzimmer in der Waschküche ist unzumutbar- Kloakengerüche in den Schlafzimmern oben- Stühle, Liegen, Sofas stark durchgesessen- Geräusche von Hausgeräten störend- Der gesamte Keller, einschl. Spielzimmer ist wegen Feuchtigkeit und Gerüchen besser zu meiden

Schöne Villa mit einigen Mängeln

Die Villa liegt wunderschön auf einem Berg, leider verschweigt der Besitzer das auf der anderen Straßenseite eine aktive Baustelle ist. Baulärm von 7.30 Uhr bis 16.00 Uhr. Der Lärm beeinträchtigt die Poolnutzung extrem. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt. Das Haus ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Beschreibung und Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein, es ist nur alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben viele kleine Mängel bemerkt. Sonnenschrime defekt, Liegen am Pool total duchgelegen, Stühle im Esszimmer sind durchgesessen, alle Duschabtrennungen waren defekt, WC Sitz lose, ein Duschkopf funktionierte nicht und in einem Badezimmer hat man häftigen Vekalgeruch. Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler waren defekt. Also täglich spülen für 8 Personen. Einige Mängel wurden am Donnerstag durch einen Handwerker beseitigt. Was uns einen halben Urlaubstag gekostet hat. Keine Kommunikation und kein Preisnachlass vom Besitzer, dieser hat sich auf unsere Mängelanzeigen, insbesondere dem Baustellenlärm nicht mal bei uns gemeldet. So geht man einfach nicht mit seinen Mietern um.

La villa est superbe, spacieuse et bien placée dans les hauteur de Costa Adeje. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cette belle maison. À refaire !

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt

Wir sind leider total enttäuscht von der Villa. Es ist ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Badezimmer sind total verdreckt und Schimmel an den Dichtungen/Fenstern. Der Backofen war total verdreckt und unhygienisch. Es gab keinen Receiver. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns versprochen das wir noch einen bekommen, was aber nicht geschah. Flecken in der Bettwäsche. Alle Fliegengitter an den Balkon Türen unten waren defekt. Der Stuhl oben auf dem Balkon ist defekt und unbenutzbar. Es stehen auch generell nur 2 Stühle da. Der Grillrost ist zu schmal für den Grill und man kann ihn nur mit basteln nutzen. An den Fenstern fallen die Plastik Schienen ab. Die Mikrowelle konnte man nicht nutzen da der Knopf für die Tür Öffnung fehlt. Die Klappe vom Waschmittel Fach der Waschmaschine fehlt. Kaputter Schrank im Schlafraum oben. Das Poolwasser ist dreckig und trüb, man sieht den Pool Boden garnicht. Putz Utensilien fehlen um generell die Villa sauber zu halten. Ein Staubsauger ist garnicht vorhanden und der Besen ist total verdreckt und abgenutzt Der Küchentisch, vor allem die Beine, sind extrem dreckig und unhygienisch. Im Keller wo auch ein Schlafraum und ein Badezimmer ist, ist extrem schwüle Luft, dort kann man nicht wohnen/ schlafen Die Aussicht ist super Die Lage der Villa auch , aber wir können die Villa leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Séjour entre amis

Villa idéale pour partir en famille ou entre amis à Ténérife. La vue est magnifique et la localisation idéale. La villa est spacieuse avec de nombreuses chambres avec salles de bains. Elle est entièrement équipée, ce qui la rend très pratique. Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de travaux autour de la villa en ce moment, ce qui peut générer quelques nuisances sonores et visuelles. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter pleinement de la villa, de la piscine, de la vue et de Tenerife !

Excellent!

The villa was exactly as described. Everything we needed was available. It is at the top of very steep winding roads and a car or taxi is essential for travelling to and from the villa. We hired a car as there were 8 of us, but the taxi we ordered for a night out came very quickly. The views are amazing especially at night with all the lights below. The pool is great we had a lot of fun in that. The basement accommodation wasnt the best and a bit musty when we first arrived, but that cleared after a while. There are fly nets on the doors which are a great help, but the flies outside were a nuisance. We found though that if you spray the sun beds with fly spray it helps keep them away. Would we come back.....most definitely.

Très belle villa pour 8 personnes disposant d’une voiture.

Nous étions 10 adultes pour louer cette villa. Très beaux espaces de vie. Les 4 chambres sont spacieuses et offrent beaucoup de rangements. Terrasses agréables. Cuisine très bien équipée ( très grands frigo et congélateur qui permettent de prévoir les provisions pour plusieurs jours, pratique vu que les magasins sont à 2 km.) Nous avons apprécié les serviettes et peignoirs pour la piscine. Par contre, le studio du sous-sol est d’un niveau inférieur au reste de la maison. Les personnes qui y logeaient étaient désavantagées (odeur de moisissures et surtout le bruit de la pompe de la piscine ). Le lave-linge se trouve dans le studio et il faut passer également y passer pour accéder aux sèche linge qui sont dans le garage. Pour la localisation, la villa est en hauteur, un plus pour la vue depuis les terrasses. Elle est située en fin de rue donc pas de nuisances de circulation. Par contre, nous avons été dérangés par le bruit des travaux de construction d’une villa en contrebas . Nous avions loué une voiture donc pas de problèmes pour nos déplacements et les courses. Aucun problème pour les contacts par mail ou téléphone avec la propriétaire ou responsable de la location. Tout s’est bien passé et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir rester le samedi jusque 14h ( notre vol étant enfin de journée ). En résumé, la villa est parfaite pour 8 personnes qui disposent d’une voiture. Et si 10 personnes veulent occuper la maison, elles doivent connaître les inconvénients décrits ci-dessus et s’en accommoder éventuellement en toute connaissance de cause....

sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hatte ausreichend Zimmer für uns. Ein highlight war der traumhafte Pool. Diesen konnten wir bei dem gutem Wetter prima nutzen. Auch verzauberte uns der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Leider war damit immer eine Autofahrt in den Ort verbunden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Beautiful

The villa was great for all our needs. The pool was lovely and all the rooms well presented. The check in process was quick and easy with no fuss. The welcome basket was also a really nice touch after an early flight. The villa has everything you could need, but it is at the top of a very large hill, so taxis are a must during your stay. But it’s only €6 to the local town and €14 into player. The agent was brilliant as the WiFi not working when we arrived but an engania fixed it within 24 hours at our convinence. Thank you to the agent for coming out so quickly when the safe had a fault after 9pm on the night before our flight home. It was greatly appreciated as our passports were inside. We had a lovely holiday, and the villa made it perfect.

Kirk family

We have just arrived back from a week at this villa. The customer service, both there and through email was second to none. We were met there as soon as we arrived and was shown around. The villa itself is lovely, the pool is great and the views are amazing. Cannot fault it one bit. Would love to come back again sometime. I would highly recommend.

villa fantastica

abbiamo soggiornato dal 13 al 20 maggio in questa splendida villa; tutte le camere da letto sono dotate di bagno in camera e sono molto spaziose. la cucina e sala da pranzo ben attrezzate e tutte le stanze sono molto grandi.... comfort e relax sono assicurati. la piscina molto bella...vista mozzafiato. ve la consiglio....
