✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
✓ The $120 pet fee covers 2 dogs.
✓ Sign the Rental Agreement
✓ Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
✓ We also ask that you keep the dogs off the furniture and that they are house trained.
✓ No wet clothes inside.
✓ No illegal substances allowed on the premise.
✓ Do not eat/drink in the Pool (additional cleaning fee will apply)
✓ No Diving in the Pool
✓ Septic Tank - Nothing other than water and toilet paper down the drains and the toilet
✓ 30K gallon rainwater collection system
✓ After your stay, we request that you run any remaining dishes in the dishwasher on your way out and if you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on. We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the house and sanitize for the next guests. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
