Tranquil Casa - Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home in Phoenix. Sparkling pool, sunshade pergola, outdoor seating and BBQ grill. Great family home to relax and enjoy while vacationing in Phoenix. Close to the 17 and 51 Freeway. Located close by various restaurants, shopping, golf and entertainment. Great open-concept living area combining the kitchen, dining area and living room.

Phoenix is the perfect place to experience arts, entertainment, an array of family-friendly attractions, and amazing food. State Farm Stadium, host to two Super Bowls, is only 14 miles away, which is sure to please football fans. Baseball enthusiasts will be happy to learn Peoria Sports Complex is even closer at seven miles and serves as the Mariners and Padres spring training location. Likewise, Camelback Ranch is 16 miles away and hosts the White Sox and Dodgers for spring training, while the Cubs' spring training can be viewed 28 miles away. Take tours of the Old West by visiting historical landmarks, or make tracks in the desert by riding ATVs or side-by-sides.

Beautifully remodeled home with high-end finishes. Gorgeous kitchen with large quartz breakfast bar that seats 3 people. The dining table seats up to 8 people and the living room has a large sectional sofa, ottoman and reclining chair. The master suite has a king-sized bed, closet and attached master bathroom w/ walk-in shower. The second and third guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Second bathroom has a dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom has two twin-sized beds.

** The pool cannot be heated. This pool does not have a heater.
Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity

Casago House Rules

** Security Camera Disclosure ** This home has a doorbell camera, a camera facing the front entryway/driveway of the home, and cameras on the side of the house.

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

This listing is a great of everything wrong with VRBO. I paid a premium price for less than a basic house. No attention to what’s comfortable. Recliner kept pushing you out of the chair. Sectional couch would slide apart if you laid on it. I spent time on floor since no comfortable place to sit. Pans for cooking were terrible, beds old and sagging in the middle. They tried to make the beds comfortable by putting mattress pads on that hung over the sides. Sound on the TV would drop in and out and they had only 1 TV. I could go on but I won’t. I will make sure on my future trips to Phoenix that I do not support this company that owns this listing.

Helpful and Responsive

We chose this property for proximity to a conference we were attending, and for this reason it was perfect - we only had a five minute drive each day for our event. We learned quickly that the faucets in both showers weren't adjusted to allow for hot water, and the property mgmt team were responsive and prompt in helping resolve this problem! We were grateful for their kindness and attention to fixing this. The kitchen was clean and had all of the basic appliances needed for our meals as well.
