This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 21th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master and queen bed in second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Family beach trip

We love staying at Emerald Isle. It’s always clean and everyone working there is so helpful. We usually stay here about 3 times a year and we’ve never had a bad experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

Absolutely loved this condo!!! I would highly recommend it, my family wants to come back next year. The view is amazing from the large balcony! The condo is immaculate! Loved the parking spot on the 3rd level!

Wonderful!!

It was a very clean, modern, beautifully decorated Condo! The view was gorgeous and by far the best way to start/end the day! We will definitely be back next year and hope to book the same place!! 10/10 🌟!! Thank you again for letting my family and I stay!

Pleasantly surprised

We stay at many really nice properties all over the US and we have really high standards.Our friends refer to us as Mr and Mrs critical! Everything was tastefully done. The kitchen was WELL EQUIPPED WITH A GOOD (SHARP) KNIFE SET. A PET PIEVE OF MINE. All of the amenities were beyond expectations. Not that we travel to Panama city very often (our first time) but I would definitely stay here again. With that said, the view is worth so much more and almost worth renting all by itself.

Best Unit I've stayed in

Kitchen is impeccable. Owner spared no expense on the appliance package, cabinets, counter top, sink, and the kitchen knives were ninja. Wish my own kitchen was this nice. Every possible kitchen item I can think of (minus salt and pepper shakers) supplied. The sitting area furniture didn't appear new but isn't overly worn. Mattresses and pillows in both rooms were perfect, which is unusual for a weekly rental. Balconies at this location are HUGE and the owner has a more than adequate amount of furniture in the balcony. I have been coming to PCB for 8 years now and this Unit is hands down the nicest I've stayed in. I reached out to the owner twice and she was immediately responsive both times. I rented from Helen in 2020 at this same location and that was also a terrific experience. Stronger recommend this unit.

Best Emerald Isle Beach Resort stay yet!

I almost DO NOT want to give a review because my wife and I would like to keep this condo as our own private oasis. This is the 4th time we have rented from Helen at the Emerald Isle Resort in PCB and this corner condo was by far the BEST, yet. Helen's condos are tastefully decorated. This unit included front row beach chairs and a reserved parking spot, that you will appreciate. This corner condo appeared recently renovated and clean. The floor plan felt larger than most 2 bedroom units. The kitchen was huge and well stocked (rare) for all your cooking needs. This unit had tons of storage space for any extended stay. The corner balcony gives the most expansive views of the coastline and contains plenty of solid polywood furnture for relaxing in. The rest of the furniture, mattresses, and electronics were comfortable, in good condition, and up-to-date. If I were to make any improvements, it would be more dining area seating and spare throw blankets for those chilly evenings in March. Thanks for the great time Helen...and can we keep this unit "our little secret" for future visits?!

Outstanding!

Our overall experience with the condo was outstanding!! The view from all the windows was fantastic! The balcony was roomy, its furniture was comfortable and easily moved around, yet super sturdy. Since it's an end unit on the east end of the building, we could enjoy the sunrise as well as the sunset. The heated pool, hot tub, and pool deck were really nice. We used those areas ofen. We didn't use the grills but others really liked them. The beach was really great, too! The inside furniture was comfortable, including the king size bed in the master suite. The bathroom and shower were also very nice. All appliances were updated & the kitchen was well stocked, although the kitchen towels were theadbarnen & need replacing (informed host). The stove top burners didn't seem to heat properly on the high settings (informed host). It took forever to boil a pot of water. The refrigerator was nice and roomy & included a water line & ice maker. However, the water filter & air filter need replacing (informed host). The internet speed was adequate, however the larger smart tv had intermittent connection issues. One very annoying issue was a loud noise (vibration from a balcony railing?) that seemed to transfer from the outside into the air duct. This happened on super windy days when the wind came from the south east. Helen was responsive and very easy to work with. She accommodated us when we arrived early & also when we extended our stay by a few days.

Awesome Condo!

We have been staying at Emerald Isle for several years when we come t o PCB, and have stayed in several of the condos there. Unit 2110 is one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. It was very clean and well maintained . Love the updates they have done-the remodeled kitchen with the new countertops and all the cabinets, the pantry, the remodeled master bathroom with walk-in shower, a large storage closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. The bedroom closets are bigger than the other condos we’ve stayed in. We really liked the adjustable reclining sofas. Great view from the large balcony with comfortable furniture. This condo has an assigned parking space which is really nice. Helen is super easy to work with if you have any issues. Mike’s Diner is just across the street. Emerald Isle in on the quieter end of PCB. We would highly recommend this unit.
