In the first bedroom, you'll find a cozy twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, perfect for the little ones. This bedroom shares a convenient hallway bathroom, ensuring everyone has easy access. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, providing a cozy and private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Just like the first bedroom, it also shares the same hallway bathroom, making it convenient for all guests.

Bay Access:
Head north on 7th St., making a left on E. Wilson and then a right onto Highway 393 until you reach Cessna Landing.
Distance: .5 miles | Time: 9 minutes walking, 2 minutes driving

Cessna Landing:
Cessna Landing is a county park on Highway 393 a few miles north of US 98 on Hogtown Bayou. The park has a boat launch, docks, picnic shelters, basketball court, squash court, and playground. Right next door is the Bayou Arts Center, home to the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County.

Beach Access:
Head north out of the neighborhood, turning left onto Ann St. W. and then left/south onto Highway 393. Take 393 until it ends at your beach access, Ed Walline Regional Beach Access.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
