One story, private, 1/8 of a mile from Hwy 30A & all of the fun things to do like shopping, dining, dancing & fishing. Close to the beach but away from the beach traffic. Everything you need to cook, games, flat screens in every room—small, unique, & quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Pets are welcome. Near Rosemary, Blue Mountain and Grayton Beach and Topsail Hill State Park. Destin 20-30 minutes away. Santa Rosa Golf Course is right behind the subdivision. In order to keep the home clean enjoyable for all guests, you will be asked to review and sign guest expectations.

We had a great time. The house is perfect, very quiet neighborhood and a great community pool. Close to public beach access and several great restaurants on 30A. Anna was excellent with communication. I will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Our stay in the house was perfect. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Anna was wonderful with communicating and pleasant to work with. Close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Santa Rosa

We had a beautiful week and love coming to 30-A. The house was perfect for us! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. We were able to bring our Yorkie and she did great! We would definitely stay again in this perfect little house!

Wonderful

My family really enjoyed our week! The house was lovely and the perfect location! You could walk to the beach or stroll through the neighborhoods. We really enjoyed breakfast out on the screened back porch and reading in the comfy chairs on the front porch. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for us!

We were there for our week long family reunion. My brother-in-law use to live in the adorable little neighborhood & I’ve always loved it. It was perfect to find a house in there. 4 adults, plenty of room, everything we could have needed. Clean, cute, beds were great & so close to everywhere we needed. Great pool & grilling area. I hope we can rent same place for next year!

Wonderful!

The location was excellent. Only a few minutes from the Emerald Coast and white sand beaches. The community pool was used by other families, but certainly not crowded (and very clean). The home itself has a great layout and was sparkling clean. All the basics were there and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the furniture is older, but certainly not uncomfortable. Overall, we loved our stay and would be more than happy to stay there again, especially considering the location as well as the price point. Thank you for allowing us to visit your lovely home!

The house was clean and neat. The only thing I would say is that the property is a bit far to walk to the beach so we took a vehicle at times and also rented a golf cart which seems to work well.

Absolutely loved our stay

The house is a charming one level cottage. The neighborhood was a quite closed area with no traffic. The community pool was close by. Internet was good for working, games, streaming. All my communication with Anna was positive.

“Wonderful Santa Rosa Beach, FL Home”

It was a charming, clean, 3 bedroom cute home with nice front and back porches. It had everything one would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It was in a neat, quiet, and safe neighborhood with a community pool/grille/gas fire ring and was close to many great beaches, the little town of Gulf Place, the many 30A communities, fun activities, restaurants, parks, and shopping. The owner Anna was a really nice person and very helpfull! I would highly recommend Anna’s home to anyone! We hope to stay again in the future!

A complicated confusing experience

First of all I want to say that this home was clean and well stocked. It became complicated when we tried to modify by shortening our stay by a week. We reached out by text early enough to do so but couldn’t reach hostess or Vrbo. By the time I finally called directly hostess said she’d never seen several texts we’d sent. We ended up paying full price and leaving early. We also were greatly disappointed that no grill was included as we equate vacation with grilling. Around us people had grills but we were told there was one at the pool area. Miscommunication was a theme as the cleaning crew came the 3 days before our scheduled departure.

Month long house rental

Overall it is an average property. Furnishings are worn and lights, artificial plants, etc. were dusty although the kitchen and bedrooms were clean. The livingroom area is a bit dark as it doesn't get a lot of out door light. Communication could have been better. After driving 7 hours and arriving at check-in time, the code we were given was incorrect and it took the owner about 45 minutes to respond to us as we sat on the front porch waiting. Had to wait to the next day to receive a response on a separate issue. There is not a hot tub as listed in the listing agreement. Pros- 3 bedrooms and dog friendly. 20 minute walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood.

Marvelous VRBO Experience!

When I first saw the home I was thrilled. It was gorgeous! It proved to be so easy - from the door-lock to the neighborhood, to the 2 baths , open concept and kitchen - easy! I loved to walk my dog every morning into the town, meet other dogs and people on the way. Even he accepted it as "home." Any communication I had with Anna was positive. I wanted to keep it neat not only for us, but for her, too. She gave us so much - time, space, privacy, beauty - I wanted to do right by her. I enjoyed it so much and recommend the home to anyone wanting a quiet home away from home experience.

Affordable Convenience To The Beach

My wife and I plus a couple of our grandchildren enjoyed our time at this location. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is less than a mile to public beach access. Multiple restaurants all along 30a make cooking less of a requirement. Affordable bike rentals a short distance away at Gulf Place. We always enjoy our trips to 30a and will definitely attempt to stay at this property again in the future.

Clean and Comfortable

Enjoyed our week stay in this nicely furnished and decorated home. Easy access to 30A and the wonderful beach. The weather was great. The gulf was still warm enough to swim. The restaurants are always a treat.

Great house and neighborhood

This was a great place to stay away from all the busyness but still close to the beach, restaurants and things you love to do on 30a. The house was very well accommodated with most of what you could need for beach and cooking. If you choose the pool instead of beach, it is very nice. We’ve stayed from one end of 30a to the other and this was one of our top 3 favorites for neighborhood.

First Stay on 30A

We've stayed in SanDestin a number of times and wanted to stay in a less crowded area. WE FOUND IT! We visit when most kids are back in school so less people. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you to Anna for opening your home and for the outstanding customer service!! Wonderful home in a great location. We will definitely look to rent here again in the future! Thank you!!

I grew up in Southern California during the 80s. I moved to the south 17 years ago and I went from a Valley Girl to a Georgia Peach!! I love the southern tradition but miss the California weather and beaches. I try to get to my Florida home in Santa Rosa as much as possible. Unfortunately I work so much I can't enjoy it like I really want to. This is why I decided to share my home with others who just need some time away. I love to make people happy. Santa Rosa is a happy place. You will love the peace, the beauty and the friendly people.

The house is fresh and clean, and only has been inhabited by guests who care about their environment. We do not allow smoking of anytime in the house. The house is private and there is no one on top or bottom of you. There are no heavy set of stairs to climb.

The home has everything you need to cook, games, flat screen TVs and a very comfortable setting in a small, unique & quiet neighborhood with a community pool. If you are looking for a peaceful get away this is it. Beds are comfortable
