Immaculate 2-bedroom cottage. Third house from the beach! Quiet neighborhood on an almost dead end street. Unwind and relax.
Completely renovated in 2018. Updated kitchen, appliances, bath, furniture. Big outdoor shower, new gas grill, big deck with canopy-covered dining table. Off-street parking.
Breathtaking sunsets on the Delaware Bay only a few steps away. No parking meters, beach tags, big crowds, or big waves. Warmer water, gentle waves and sunsets on the beach (a real rarity on the East Coast).
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, smooth surface electric range, dishwasher, breakfast bar, coffee pot, toaster oven, pots, pans, etc.
Both Bedrooms have a full-sized (i.e., double) bed. Leather sofa in the living room (does not fold out). Flat screen television with Xfinity Cable and Roku. The house has heat, air conditioning and and high-speed (200Mbps) Wi-Fi.
We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, noodles and boogie boards (no kayak or inflatable boat). We provide sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blankets, but not towels. You can have towels delivered to the house via: linenladies.com, islandsbestrentals.com, wildwoodrentalsupply.com, or seadreamscapemay.com. No washer/dryer (yet), but Bayshore Laundry & Linen is only one mile away. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets, and please no smoking in the house.
There are many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries. Only 5 miles from historic Cold Spring Village and the Cape May Ferry (an 85-minute cruise to historic Lewes, Delaware). Less than 10 miles from both Victorian Cape May and the Wildwood Boardwalk.
