Lovely Pool home in Historic town of DeLand. Great location for day trips to the beach or to theme parks. The clean, uncluttered home is equipped with everything you need for a holiday-just bring your toothbrush. Owners are locals who have all kinds of information on what is happening in the area from antiquing to skydiving! When you want to see the real Florida, come here! DeLand offers something for everyone-great wine bars, restaurants and a special event every weekend! Home is split plan with Master bedroom and bath on one side of the house, two bedrooms and bath on other. large flat screened tv in living room with cable. tv's in two bedrooms and kitchen. Wi Fi available, so just bring your laptop.

Screened in pool is perfect for lazing in the sun, or star gazing at night after using the BBQ to cook your freshly caught fish!

Quiet, Clean and Stocked

The property was clean, well stocked in every room including kitchen, bathrooms including spices, coffee, bedding, towels, even condiments. Pool was clean. Great get away

Located in a great area. Pool area is amazing. 3rd time i've been to the house and 4th time my boyfriend stayed here. We are already planning another trip here as soon as we can.

Winter Vacation

Was a great property to stay at, was well worth the price and well equipped with just about anything you would need. I enjoyed my stay and felt like being at home. I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning to be in the DeLand area. Restaurant's are close by and Daytona Beach is a short drive away. Very nice and clean place to rent. Also the host is very nice.

Family vacation

Family vacation. Close enough to Florida attractions without the traffic. Downtown Deland offers many options for dining. The pool is a great way to start or end the day. We had an issue with the internet but owners were quick to respond.

Totally Relaxing Vacation

This was one of my favorite VRBO stays. House is great, quiet neighborhood. The covered porch and screened in pool were the absolute best! Easy location to make day trips and there is so much to see! Even though it's late in the year to normally see manatees, we got to see one at Blue Springs State Park, which is a wonderful place to spend time. Kitchen had all the gadgets we needed for our stay. We so loved it there and are already thinking about our next trip back. Thank you to the owners for opening your home to guests. It was perfect!!!

Great stay!

The house was well equipped with all you may need. Plenty of towels and bed sheets. AC cools very well. Back patio was nice to relax and watch some football. Reggie was very easy to contact. Neighbor has a big dog so be aware if you bring your pets. Side wooden gate has a small gap underneath so be careful if you have smaller dogs. My only recommendation is to add an ottoman to the living room. It would be a nice addition. Being able to put your feet up after a long day out & about in beautiful Deland. We enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend to our friends if they ever visit that area. We’d stay again too 😊😊.

Wonderful house and pool area!

The owner of this home, Reggie, is the best! Our vacation in DeLand consisted of 2 parts, first a stay at Blue Springs State Park, and then a stay in this house. Unfortunately I broke my wrist the day before we were to arrive at this house and I had to have surgery to fix it. This left us in a difficult position! Check-out at our cabin was at 11:00, and check-in at the house was at 4:00. But it was very difficult for me to do anything but lay down with my wrist elevated. So we contacted Reggie and she made it possible for us to check-in to the house a few hours early. What a life-saver! We rented this house because my son was attending a day camp at Stetson University. The location is great, just minutes from campus and the quaint downtown area. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well kept. Our favorite part was the screened in pool area! It has a huge table for dining, a sitting area, and covered grilling area. I would definitely recommend this house :-)

Lovely Deland Home

We stay in this home at least once a year. It is convenient to Blue Springs, Daytona, and the beach. Home is always spotless and love the screened in pool area. We highly recommend this home on VRBO.

Nice house with pool

We had a great stay at this property. Very relaxing with our own private pool. Very centrally located and close to everything. Everything that you need in the house is there. Excellent communication from manager. Great two weeks!

I am a California transplant who works in Orlando. I am somewhat compulsive about cleanliness so you will find my home as clean as any first class hotel. My girlfriend is a realtor so she will try to anticipate any need you may have. We have collected brochures, menues, from all the local establishments to give you an idea of what is in the area. Any questions you have will be readily answered as we are in the area.

DeLand is the real thing! Nowadays you see many developments building 'town centers'. We already have a historic downtown area, with outdoor cafes, pocket parks, and regular festivals and events downtown almost every weekend. We are in the vacinity of many beautiful state parks (Lake Woodruff wildlife refuge, DeLeon Springs , Blue Springs, Ocala National Forest, Cannaveral Seashore. Daytona Speedway is 20 minutes away. Why fight the traffic of Daytona when you can stay here? Orlando airport is a mere hour away by way of a traffic free toll road.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

At our home you can wake up to hear the birds singing on a beautiful clear day. While lazing in the pool, you can see the skydivers parachutes opening and they descend to the local airport a few miles from the home. If you want to get a closer look, go to one of the restaurants at the 'port' and watch the skydivers land right in front of you. YOu can also boat on the St. Johns river or one of the beautiful lakes in the area.
