If you decide to venture beyond the gates a bike path leads you to boutiques, an ice cream shop and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east.

This condo rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer. No monthly reservations.

We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
