FULLY REMODELED IN MAY 2021 - This townhouse has everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the white sand beaches of 30A. It is conveniently located on 30A in Blue Mountain Beach with easy access to the path all along the scenic highway. The complex is BEACH FRONT. Private access to the beach for Sea Bluff guest only (only 18 Townhomes) no fighting for parking at a public access or hauling your gear far. This townhouse is located less than 50 yards to the beach, a short walk and your feet are in the sand. It is also located less than 5 miles to Seaside. There is a small grocery store, bakery and bike rental located next door as well as restaurants and an ice cream parlor within walking distance. Publix and Walmart are just a short car ride away or Whole Foods in Destin offers 2-hour delivery.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master has a king size bed and an en suite full bathroom with a double vanity. The master also has a private balcony over looking the pool and lawn area. The guest room has two queen size beds and a full bathroom as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cabinets to store your dry goods for the week. There is a coffee maker for your convenience. Pots, pans, dishes and utensils are available for your use.

The garage has a basket of buckets and shovels for the kids and a few beach chairs for our guest.

Big Daddy's Bike shop is located next door to rent your bikes for the week.

Amazing beach home

My family and I (two adults and two children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is perfectly decorated, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable. It is short walk to the beach - five minutes or less- and very accessible to dining and ice cream. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Great location. Beach side of Route 30A. Located on less developed area of Route 30A but still close enough to Destin /Miramar area. Totally refurbished living areas in condo. Seaside within 5 mile easy bike ride on bike path.

30A Beach Road Rental

Really enjoyed our week in this recently renovated rental property. Located on the beach side of 30A, it was an easy walk to the development’s pool and private beach each day. Property is conveniently located near lots of local restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped. The charcoal grill was a nice touch. If we return to the Emerald Coast, we’ll rent this property again!

Just perfect!

The standard of this place was better than the photos do it justice! It was just beautifully done and very clean. Everything was so convenient from walking out to the beach to renting bikes to parking! We enjoyed a lovely meal at Blue Maybel across the street as well as Cowgirl Kitchen. The beach itself is just stunning, world class and very quiet. Communication was great and checking in and out was simple! Tip for the owner: suggest a blanket or two for the sofa! The TV is so nice and Netflix was a nice touch but a blanket wouldn’t go amiss. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Lovely property but no WiFi

I have stayed at the same condo in the past and it looked identical to the first time. I stayed there about two years ago. Bring extra blankets if you get chilly at night and be prepared, you may not have Wi-Fi. The property is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. I was just very disappointed to not have Wi-Fi the entire stay. I notified the property owner a day after we arrived, and we did not have Wi-Fi the entire trip. The owner credited us for one nights stay for the inconvenience. The communication between myself and the owners was not very cordial.

Newly remodeled and perfect location

While we couldn’t see the ocean from the condo, it was a short walk to the beach from this newly remodeled condo. The furniture was great (could have used a dresser in the master bedroom!) and two bedroom/ two bath was just the size our family needed. We had a quickly-handled issue, and I was SHOCKED at how fast the owner communicated back and resolved the issue. The whole complex was undergoing construction, of which I wish I knew about beforehand b/c the workers were loud, but it really needed to be done and couldn’t be helped. My kids enjoyed the pool, but it is on the small side— the good thing there, though, is the whole complex is on the smaller size, so you don’t have to share it with tons of people! Overall, I would suggest this place for a 30A condo!

Lana solved our clogged sink issue immediately, with a constant presence and availability for us. Beautiful apartment, very clean and well decorated. Best of all: the short walk to the beach where it was never crowded!

Exceptional!

This freshly renovated property checked all the boxes. Fresh and clean, gorgeous design, top notch location for families on 30A. Excellent design choices were not a cost of function and comfort. Plenty of living, kitchen, and dining space for two teens and a tween. Comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangements and private beach access was fabulous. A million memories made, began planning our return trip before we left.

Beautiful Home in a Fantastic Location

We loved staying here. We had plenty of room. The beach was great. House was beautiful. We enjoyed walking to get donuts, coffee, or lunch. Washer and drier were really useful. The host was super accommodating when we had to reschedule. We’d love to stay here again.

Perfect for our family

Me, my wife, and our two daughters had so much fun at this property. The location was amazing. The beach isn’t shared with many other condos and it’s private access, so the beach felt like our own private space. The condo complex next door was three rows deep in chairs while we had a perfect unobstructed view. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have a view of the beach from our condo, but it’s not really a big deal, especially considering how great everything else was. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

This unit is nice/ updated and was very comfortable. We enjoyed proximity to the pool, beach and convenient walking distance to several good restaurants. We had zero issues during our stay. It was a great trip!

Clean and newly renovated condo

Christmas break getaway

We loved this property- it has been nicely redone. The appointments are very nice, the living space big, the 2 porches very nice, and it is close to walk to the beach or restaurants. We have been to 30A several times and really loved this location. All three bathrooms were nice and so clean. There are lots of steps as noted in previous reviews- to stay there on 3 floors and also to get to the beach so be aware of the need to be able to climb them- it was no problem for us. When we had a question about the Nest thermostat, the owner was extremely responsive. We would love the opportunity to return!
