Tempe Home Away from Home

Bring the whole family and enjoy a relaxing stay in our roomy and conveniently located Tempe home! Entertain your guests in our chef-inspired kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare out of this world meals to be shared around our custom dining table with seating for up to 12. Easy access to all that Phoenix has to offer, located just 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
The space
Our home underwent a complete renovation during the summer of 2022. We updated the entire home and added almost 1,000 sq feet, as well as installed all new landscaping. The space is bright and airy with plenty of room for guests to relax and enjoy the area. We are a family with children, so the house is well equipped for kids. We supply a high chair, pack n' play, children's eating/drinking utensils, as well as indoor and outdoor games the entire family will enjoy. The backyard is expansive with room for cornhole or giant Jenga. It's beautiful in the evenings and a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.

We are located in a prime area of Tempe - just minutes from all freeways in any direction - and walking distance to Arizona's Tempe Canal System where locals love to walk, run, and bike ride. We are a 15 minute drive to the airport and a short 20 minutes from some amazing restaurants and bars in Old Town Scottsdale or Downtown Gilbert.

Just a three minute drive from the house you will find a Fry's Grocery store, Panera, Pei Wei, Trader Joe's, Changing Hands Bookstore, Wildflower Cafe, Baskin Robbins, and Walgreens. It's really one of the best intersections in Tempe!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home. The garage is locked and used for our storage. There is also a locked closet off of the laundry room that is used for storage.
Other things to note
We do have security cameras in front and back of the house. These were installed when our house was renovated. Our intent is not to spy; we just want to ensure that our home and guests are safe when we are away.
