The condo was clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful and only a few steps to the beach. The kitchen lacked nothing and was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Check-in and check-out was easy and management was very accommodating. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. We stayed 6 weeks and enjoyed it very much.

Looking for quiet, ocean view, wonderful location? This is the place for you!!!! On the beach, with perfect views of the sand and waves. Close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Condo well supplied, clean, really comfortable beds!! Well supplied kitchen! Will be back!

Had a great time!

My husband and I along with our 3 daughter's had a great stay! The enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and loved having the pool all to ourselves the days we were there. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for us

The view was great, beautiful sunrises. Everything we needed, great location not too crowded, close to restaurants, would stay there again.

Great location, right on the beach. Unit is a little dated, parking for two cars are provided, however the spot closest to the beach is extremely tight, would not recommend for SUV, the front parking spot is fine. Wifi worked without any issues, overall this was a nice place for the family, cannot beat the quiet beach area and would stay here again in the future.

Great Customer Service and nice place

The place is very nice and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back next year. Customer service was SO AWESOME and friendly.

Great location and property

Fourth year in a row we have rented this unit. Nice condo in a great location, right on the ocean. Will definitely book again for next year if not sooner.

October getaway

Condo very clean with all amenities. Great location, close to local eateries and directly on beach. Could use some updates though, bedding has seen better days, but worked.

Practically on the beach

The check in was very easy. The property manager checked in via text throughout the week. Parking is very tight, but manageable( we have a full size suv). The property is right on the beach, and very easy to access. Very convenient location to the beach, and other attractions nearby,

Enjoyment

We really enjoyed our trip. The ocean views were amazing and our time sitting and walking on the beach were great. The unit was just right for us. The beds were comfortable and the area seas well put together. Everything was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

It was wonderful to be this close to the beach. Perfect for our small family. Property managers were great about responding right away to any issues.. Appliances and bathroom fixtures were a little old, but everything worked just fine.

Short but sweet

We only stayed for two days. It was a pre vacation before the rest of our group came down for a full week. I would have been fine staying for the entire week. It was clean, great view of the ocean, and plenty of room for my family of four. Would stay again.

Great Stay

Everything was great! Loved the closet full of items to be used at the beach! Thank you! I think there should be more dishcloths and potholders. I also think the towels and washcloth quality could be upgraded. All in all, a wonderful place to stay! Thanks so much!

Surfside

The cottage was a bit dated. Cracked tile in the bathrooms. The parking is very tight. Pick up truck and suburban was very difficult to park and get out of spots if other vehicles were next to you. Overall good place to stay

Thank you Leta and we're glad your overall stay was good! Pictures of the condo are available prior to booking, and while we apologize for the "tight parking", parking is a luxury at any beachfront complex, so having 2 spaces is unusual. Take care!

Dated Condominium

Condo is dated. It is oblivious that the owners put minimal resources to update this old condominium. I would give this property a rating of 3, only because of the view and easy access to the beach .

Hey Joseph - we are sorry that you did not enjoy your accommodations. We pride ourselves in having accurate pictures of all of our properties so a tenant knows exactly what the are walking into. While this may not be the most updated condo around, we feel that is accurately portrayed in these photos and no one should be surprised when they arrive. We would have loved to have at least received a three star rating (as stated in your review) however you only left two stars:( This is a super cute building and very popular for those that like the laid back nature of Surfside Beach but do not enjoy staying in a busy high-rise complex. The quaint charm of this unit is what keeps many coming back year after year!

Nice Location

The condo location is outstanding. You’re only steps to the beach, pool, and outdoor storage closet. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom tile is a bit dated, and the guest bedroom was quite hot compared to the rest of the condo. The only real complaint was an apparent leak from the condo above that shorted out the only light source in the kitchen. We spent the last full day and night navigating in the dark. Emergency contact was very kind and fast to arrive. Building HOA was notified, but the problem was not resolved while we were there. It seemed like a dangerous situation with water leaking into an electrical area.

beach getaway

This rental is nice and the view is beautiful, but could definitely use some updates. The cons: The bathrooms are very dated (cracked tile, old fixtures and tub/showers). The rental provides very little in terms of trash bags, tp, soap, etc. (go to dollar store). The tv setup has absolutely no instructions and is impossible to operate. Do not plan on operating tv. Parking is EXTREMELY tight. Make sure you have a very compact rental! And, if you are traveling with children, the rail on the deck is very unstable! Pros- But, the location is awesome, everything in unit works even if a little old. It is clean, and in a perfect, quiet location.

Good View

The view and location was the best part of this condo. There were some issues such as air problems- that the owners fixed promptly which we appreciated. Overall the place wasn’t the cleanest, our bed had sand in it when we got in it the first night, and we saw a few roaches throughout our stay. The stairwell closest to our room was taped off which was an inconvenience when it came to loading, unloading, and getting our toddler in and out. The second parking spot was also awful as it had us cornered in between a large SUV and fence, therefore we had to leave the second car parked most of the week. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t stay again.

Re: the air, apologies again, however we were relieved that it was able to be fixed so quickly. Re: the cleanliness and mentioning of sand, as you know, with any beachfront property it is virtually impossible to keep it all of it out, but our Housekeeping team tries their best each and every time. The stairwell issue, as well as parking, we have no control over, but is rather an HOA matter. Again, thanks for sharing your feedback and have a great rest of your summer!
