Barefoot Beach: Spectacular Family Beach Retreat!

Atlantic Beach just made #16 in the list of Top 100 Beaches in the United States, beating out even beaches in Hawaii! Truly a hidden gem, as this part of the island doesn't have public access, beyond a few cars, so it's just folks staying right there.

My favorite spots here are the expansive with outdoor areas, including dining, huge sectional sofas, and fire table to enjoy as the sun goes down. I love that I can hear the waves crash from here.

You will have access to two units in the same property with this listing, upstairs and downstairs:

Please note there is an owners’ unit on site with separate entrance. Rarely used, but from time to time may have someone staying in it.
Guest access
The entire home, top and bottom, will be yours. The driveway fits six cars, and there is street parking as well.
Other things to note
Less than 300 meters to miles of beautiful, sandy beaches! Situated on Atlantic Beach between the ocean and the sound, this is your perfect getaway for fishing, swimming, and more.

Fort Macon State Park: This fort dates back to the 1800s, offers guided tours, hiking trails, & picnic areas.

Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores: See a wide variety of marine life & exhibits.

Fishing: You can fish from the beach, the pier, or charter boat out for deep-sea fishing.
