• A note on active development: Crowne View Estates is a growing lakefront community, and construction is ongoing within the development Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. You may see construction vehicles in the area during those hours. Lake views are completely unaffected, and evenings, weekends, and early mornings are fully peaceful. To make sure rest is never an issue regardless of the time of day, the home is stocked with a white noise machine, Vornado fans, and blackout shades. Branson's best is still right outside your door: Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and world-class live shows are all just minutes away.

Very nice property and extremely spacious. This rental met the needs of our large group and every room had its own bathroom. Super helpful! It would be hard to beat the view from the decks! Great spot- I recommend!

The house was perfect! Love how much space there is and seating. There is ample dishes, two dishwashers, two washer and dryers! The hot tub and views were amazing! Perfect house for multiple families to stay at with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our kids loved the bunk room!

We had such a good time! The house was perfect for our needs. The kiddos loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. Excellent communication with our host and quick responses to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very easy, from check in to check out. It was clean except for some trash that was tucked around the bunk bed mattresses. And the colorful lights in the bunk bed room were faulty, which disappointed my kids. We got them to work briefly but you had to tape the wire to the wall and move things around to get them to work. The hot tub was great and the view was great. Silver Dollar City was so close! The pool was close and easy to find.

Chlorine should not be left under the hot tub steps. Fortunately no one was injured when the chlorine container exploded! After the gases dissipated,attempted some clean up. Had to stop because fumes were burning eyes. Called the property management. Came the next morning for clean up. For the price maybe a few more paper products would have been appreciated (paper towels, napkins).

Big house with big views!

This house was perfect for our group of 14. Everyone had a nice bedroom with a big bed and their own bathroom. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. The play closet with the toy kitchen was so much fun for our youngest and the big kids really enjoyed the games in the basement. We spent most mornings and evenings on the covered decks. The view of the lake is beautiful. The kitchen and dining set up were perfect for feeding everyone. The different types of coffee makers were fun and easy to use. We went to Silver Dollar City one day and it was only about a 5 minute drive. Loved that! It was easy to get into contact with someone when we had a few questions. Checking in and checking out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved Brews and Views!

We rented this house for our Family Christmas. We have 6 kids and 13 grandkids and Everyone was very comfortable! We loved the set up of King sized beds in every bedroom, which also had a private bath! We highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

We had such a fun time at Brews & Views! We came with three different families with young kids and the setup was perfect—plenty of space for everyone to spread out, hang out, and relax. The views were absolutely gorgeous, especially in the mornings and evenings. Coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise was a favorite moment for all of us. The house was super clean and well-stocked, and the hosts were great with communication. We loved how close it was to everything in Branson, but still felt tucked away and peaceful. The kids had a blast, and the adults got to unwind too—win-win! Would definitely recommend for families or groups looking for a cozy, scenic spot to stay. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Ladies will love this place!

The views were beautiful. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was amazing! The shared spaces were plenty big enough for everyone to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Highly recommend. Be sure to check out the coffee machines and make sure they are working.

Fourth of July weekend

The property was very beautiful I have no words for the view that you get at this property. The property is very spacious communicating with the property management was very easy. I was able to text them with a situation that occurred prior to me and they responded promptly overall me and my family had a wonderful trip. We were able to see fireworks from the back balcony

Our stay was great . Very family friendly. We like to cook in so would like to see better selection of kitchen items including dish towels. We made do with items we had taken . We enjoyed the hot tub . Liked having 2 dishwashers and the washer & dryer on each floor. Very good communication with owner and we would stay there again

Great for large groups

We had 19 people from 4-67 years old and the fact that almost every room has an en-suite was the seller for us on this property. The house had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together or away from each other. The view of the lake was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals together. There were some cleanliness issues with linens and the floors. Communication with owners was great. I would stay here again!

Last minute summer trip!!

This house was beyond amazing, the view, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a little play area for kids and my cousins loved it. The bunk room was great for the group of teenager girls and the double shower was the best feature, I’m my humble opinion. 😜 We had a small issue, I text the owner, quick reply, problem fixed. Book this house, you will not regret it.

Amazing home and views

This home was perfect for my large family! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The adults loved the coffee bar, the kids loved the play areas, and everyone loved the hot tub and views! The home was clean, very well stocked with necessities (loved that we didn’t have to bring everything), and the view was amazinggg! We had a small issue, but it was taken care of within a few hours of notifying the owners, so that was a positive as well! Our stay at this beautiful vacation home was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of Table Rock Lake — peaceful, panoramic, and absolutely breathtaking. Every morning and evening spent on the deck was a reminder of just how special this place is.The home itself was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were enjoying meals together, playing games, or simply relaxing in the hot tub and reconnecting, this home created the ideal setting for meaningful time together.What made it truly special, though, were the memories we made — the kind that will be talked about and cherished for generations. This wasn’t just a vacation; it was a time of laughter, love, and deep connection.We are so grateful to have found this gem and already can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and memory-filled escape with their loved ones.

The property is absolutely wonderful and has everything you need. We’ve stayed in 4 properties in the area and the view for this house is the best by far. The ample seating on both levels indoors as well as out on the two decks were perfect for our large group. The house was equipped with everything we needed including fresh coffee hounds, which the homeowners so kindly grinders for us prior to our arrival. The en suites were perfect as it allowed for more privacy and a vacation feel. The property is 7 minutes from Indian Point Mariana as well as 2 minutes or less to a local convenience store, which both came in handy during our 4th of July weekend stay. The property also offers a very nice private grill on the deck, so we didn’t have to share the smaller community one that was outside near our home. We will definitely stay again. The homeowners were so kind and accommodating.

Beautiful House!

We had a wonderful stay! We had 16 adultls and 3 small children. Everyone had plenty of room to themselves but there was also plenty of room for us all to be together and visit. The parking was very limited, however. Staying in January, we didn't have a problem, since the houses next to us were empty. If you stay during a busier season, there is not nearly enough room to park for a house that holds that many people. The only other negative thing was the icy steps. The walk and steps had not been cleared and the steps were very slick. We bought some salt and luckily we didnt have any problems, but i felt like that should have been done before we arrived. Overall, i highly recommend this house! It's roomy, the view is fantastic and there are lots of things to do. The kids loved the slide and the play room, the guys loved the 2 big tvs to watch the football games, and the assortment of board games, video games and Foosball was a hit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
