Great home with ideal location for Cleveland activities. Home is perfectly located and has all of the necessary amenities. Highly recommended if staying with teenagers.

Amazing stay!

It was the perfect size place for my partner and our 7 kids! Hot tub was wonderful, the pool table was awesome, and plenty of room for little ones to sleep! We will be back!

This house was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Quick drive to Rick N Roll, House of Blues, Aquarium, and great restaurants. Quick walk to to great little shopping distric and coffee shop. The house is awesome, very clean with tons of room. The fire pit was great with tons of seating, close to the hot tub, so you could sit in the hot tub and see the fire. We were there with 6 people and we could have easily had 6 more. Highly recommend this property if you are in Cleveland.

A perfect hang for teenage boys

We had a Dads Teenage Sons long weekend stay and the property worked out great. Everyone had their own comfortable bed and enough space to relax. The highlight for them was the pool table!

Great stay!!

We had a great stay! We had 5 adults and 6 teens/kids. We were there for sightseeing and the location was great to be able to get on the freeway and go as well as have access to downtown sites. Property was clean and plenty of room for kids to move about and play. It was a great landing place for our sightseeing adventures. Hot tub was an added bonus to relax in after our day of travels. The host was great to communicate with us and even provided suggestions on places to visit when we asked about the must-see’s in the area. Neighborhood isn’t “upscale” but had some charm and the house itself was great! Would stay there again!

Great Location!

Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Location to the city is very convenient. It is an up and coming neighborhood. Love the garage parking. Bathrooms were spotless. All the amenities you could truly ask for and the Hot Tub was great however this time of year there are these bugs called Midges in the area for about six weeks, made it yucky to use it and that is why I rented the place to begin with. This IS NO FAULT OF THE OWNERS, Just the Cleveland area. Grass could have been cut and one of the trash bins was overflowing with garbage.

Nice place for large group

The hosts were organized, and the house was clean and well maintained. There was a good sized backyard for the kids to run around in. We had no problems at all.

Great Property

My family and I were attending my granddaughter’s dance competition. With 9 of us attending, this was much more affordable than hotel rooms. The hot tub was great and we made good use of it. The alley to the garage is a little tricky to navigate but parking in the garage is worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again.

Owners were very quick to response with any issues. Location was great as it was centered between all the attractions we were going to. Parking on the street was limited. Getting to the garage was a little difficult with a bigger suv. I would suggest different cleaners and maintenance. The hot tub however caused multiple people from the trip pseudomonas aeruginosa which caused hot tub folliculitis. We have had to seek treatment. I would stay here again just without hot tub use. Great little family business.

Great Spot for Downtown Event-Hopping!

My extended family and I stayed here with plenty of activities planned downtown. It was a wonderful spot, only 8–10-minute drive from the baseball stadium, aquarium, and kid's museum. My MIL is wheelchair bound and could easily access everything on the first floor, including the kitchen area. VERY Thankful we found this place with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. We had an excellent time!

Awesome Golf Trip location

We were a group of 8 guys that needed a place in the evening to hangout, play some games and rest as we were golfing during the day. The place had all of that and more! Plenty of room to spread out, play pool, darts, watch tv, enjoy the hot tub and the fire pit. We were located in a great location for us to get around the Cleveland area with ease. Parking was easy - `nice touch with the use of the garage as well as the driveway in the alley behind the house and then on-street parking. Would highly recommend as a place to stay.

Not what i expected

The house had several cobweb's around the house - the kitchen has water damage on the ceiling and the beds are very hard. The location was also an issue since the street has alot of cars driving down it and we were up because of the noise.

Great Getaway!

Everything about this rental was exactly as described in the listing. Anything we could have wanted or needed was there. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. I'm so happy I found this rental! The layout was perfect for our group of 7 girlfriends. Everyone had their own comfy bed and it had 3 bathrooms, so getting ready for the day was a snap! The living room and dining room had plenty of seating and the giant sectional and ottoman were so comfortable! The outdoor space was awesome too, with plenty of room for yard games. The firepit was a nice touch and of course the hot tub was a bonus (although we ran out of time to actually use it). The option to have use of the garage was really nice, however we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house. We loved that it was within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Excellent location! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cleveland.

Interesting trip...!

This property is extremely clean and well organized. The beds and bathrooms, along with the included products (sheets, soaps), were extremely nice. The rooms are large and the furniture is nice. A lot of Cleveland (330,000 people) lost power due to a wind event on the second night that we were there, but the house stayed cool. It is also close to a street, but it is very quiet inside. The owners sent over a pizza when the power went out. It has a very nice side yard (and a friendly neighbor who came over and offered us candles while we we sitting outside). It seemed to be 15 minutes to everywhere that we wanted to go. Check in/ check out was effortless, as was communication with the owner. Even the maintenance man came by to check on us when the power was out. I will say that when the power was on the house functioned very well. Would definitely stay there again.

fun place for a large group

This place was totally adequate for our purposes. There were a few small issues upon arrival but we notified the property owners and it was nothing that put a cramp in our vacation. The hot tub and pool table were fun distractions for the kiddos when we were done with our excursions for the day (although you wouldn't be able to play a real game of pool as the space is too small to shoot from certain angles). The living room was very comfortable, the property had lots of space to spread out, and the location was close to city sites. One bothersome thing about the property is that the air conditioning pours into the dining room and can be very loud - the adults were playing cards in that room after the kiddos went to sleep and we had to increase our own volume to be heard. The cool air didn't circulate very well, either, as the upstairs guests reported that it stayed very warm. Large groups should look into the sleeping arrangements: the ad says it sleeps 14 with a queen bed in the living room - I'm not sure that the couch actually converts to a bed but that would be something potential guests would want to check before booking. The other thing about sleeping arrangements is that the third "bedroom" with two beds is just an open space at the top of the stairs between the two upstairs bedrooms, so it got a lot of traffic and no privacy. Again, not a big deal for us, but something for potential guests to be aware of.
