The space
Completely modern and relaxing interior is brand new from appliances, bedding and décor to the rainfall shower and bathrobes!

Enjoy peace and quiet in this soundproofed unit (a noise cancelling device has also been provided to supplement the most delicate of sleepers).

The two bedrooms each have their own desk/workspace. There is gig internet a smart tv with netflix. The kitchen contains a Keurig machine with refillable eco-pods, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, and if anything else is needed please let us know.

This is a pet friendly unit. The front and back yards are gated. A temporary litter box can be provided at additional charge.
Guest access
There is a private access at the back of the house and an additional private access to the suite from the foyer. Access is keyless so a code will be emailed to you upon confirmation. An easy 4 digit code and then the unlock symbol will unlock. To lock simply press the lock symbol you will hear a voice say "locked".
Other things to note
There are some low ceiling areas due to constraints of the house being built in the 1930's. Despite this, the unit has brand new plumbing, power, insulation - everything :).
