You’ll have full, private access to the main floor of the home. The basement suite is a separate rental with its own entrance, so while you may notice other guests around the exterior or in shared yard spaces, your indoor space is entirely your own. The only shared amenities are:
Garbage and organics bins outdoors, Outdoor yard space around the complex & the laundry machines (washer / dryer) which can be accessed by this suite & the basement suite

The suite features two cozy bedrooms: a queen bed in the primary suite with its own private ensuite bathroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom, located just steps away from a second full bathroom. With plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout, everyone will have a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. There is also a sleeper couch if more space is needed for sleeping.

You’ll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials you need to enjoy meals at home. It’s perfect for long stays or guests who prefer the comfort of their own kitchen.

The fenced backyard and two patio areas offer a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or some fresh air. With seating in both the front and back areas, you’ll always find a quiet place to relax.

The other half of this duplex and the basement suite are all rented as independent units and you would not have access to those spaces - those guests also will not have access to your space.

While this property is generally not pet-friendly, if you are looking to stay longer-term (over 30 days) please inquire with us about the possibility of an exception.
