I have stayed in many rentals in many states and even different countries over the years and I’ve always been happy with my experiences until this rental. I knew that it was a trailer from reading other reviews, not from the description. Although the pictures were accurate, the trailer was run down, dirty, and smelled terrible. There was garbage next to the bed and in the drawers. The coffee pot which looked like it was bought at the dollar store, didn’t work. None of the sliding doors which separated the rooms worked. (Which made the privacy of a small trailer even worse). I could go on, but you get the point. The final kicker was when the owner started giving us a hard time about how we checked out. It was cleaner than how we got it! I had picked up all the area rugs bc they were filthy and swept and washed the floor when we got there so I would feel less grossed out… and I forgot to put them back down. She accused us of damaging the floor which she knew was broken already. And… this rental was NOT cheap! And when the owner response to the review by complaining that I didn’t reach out to her…I didn’t reach out to the her bc there wasn’t anything she could do to make the stay better while we were there.
