The great room also has a contemporary dining table, two ceiling fans, direct access to the garage and sliding doors opening out to the covered patio and pool area providing easy access and the ultimate indoor/outdoor desert experience.

Outside is a large patio and overhang providing ample shade from the daytime sun. There is contemporary patio furniture including a table for dining al fresco and plenty of casual seating and lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool and spa. The house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with their own bathrooms and direct access to the pool and yard. One of the master suites comprises over 1,000 square feet and features a king-size bed, a slate-covered fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a large screen TV and DVD player, a window seat, a bathroom with two vanities, a large shower and a separate soaking tub and a large walk-in closet. The other master has a queen-size bed, a large screen TV and DVD player and dual sinks in its bathroom. The two guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and two twin beds respectively and share the third bathroom. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Basic cable television and wireless internet are provided. Professionally designed contemporary furnishings and artwork are found throughout the house. Mature fruit trees provide lemons, grapefruits, oranges, and apples for your pleasure when in season. Two bicycles are available for your enjoyment on nearby bike paths.

Conveniently located in the less-windy Los Compadres neighborhood of south Palm Springs and surrounded by other single-family residences. The popular Smoketree shopping center and the Manhattan Deli are within walking distance and the stores and restaurants of Downtown Palm Springs and the Spa Resort & Casino are just a short drive away.
