Camper trailer in quiet neighborhood near many Multi-use trails.

Our camper was brand new last year and has only been used a couple of times. Queen bed in the front with a memory foam mattress. Full size bunk beds in the back. The table and couch make additional beds. Dishes and utensils included. Camper has one large slide out making it roomy for a family. Fireplace, heat and AC. Outdoor seating area includes a picnic table, camp chairs, propane fire pit and a Cornhole set. 7 minute drive from town and grocery stores. Many multi use trails nearby that allow horses, bikes and ATV’s.
Dogs allowed if well mannered and potty trained, must be on leash and never left in camper unsupervised. Welcome to bring ATV’s but please be courteous and slow while in the neighborhood. Local trail maps will be provided. Horses are welcome, you will need to have your own panels, current EIA and no stallions. We love our property because it is quiet, amazing mountain views and wildlife frequently visit. We have a small hobby farm with livestock and honey bees on property.
