Casa Brazil is your house at the beach, it is not fancy, but cozy and relaxing. A family friendly 3 bd home with a spacious patio and outdoor dinning area, BarBQ, a full kitchen, 2 bh, washer, dryer and plenty of board games and hammocks. Just a one minute walk to touch the beach sand where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and play at the small natural pools. A short drive for restaurants, supermarkets & beloved Balneario de Puerto Nuevo.

Each bedroom has AC. We love pets!

This beach home offers a contemporary layout that connects a fully equipped kitchen with the dinning area and living room.

Casa Brazil offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, patio, garage, outdoor shower & laundry room.

The living room offers sitting area and a Smart TV to enjoy movie and game nights.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, AC, closet space and an attached private bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin-size bunk beds, AC and closet space and the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, AC and a cozy closet space.

The patio offers an exterior dinning area, BarBQ and hammocks to enjoy family favorite meals and for gatherings.

Wi-Fi internet is offered as well.

Washing and drying machine are private and in unit, perfect for guests looking for longer stays.

Guests have access to all spaces inside of the property, patio, garage and laundry room as well as direct access to the beach.

Our main goal is to provide you a space to rest, relax and enjoy with your family and friends surrounded by the amazing weather and creating incredible memories experiences at our island.

Casa Brazil is located at Las Positas Del Lido, Vega Baja. A community at Vega Baja, Puerto Rico that is well known for its direct beach access. The location is a safe beach community that is great for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The property is approximately a 50-minute drive from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport and San Juan.

Casa Brazil has plenty of amazing destinations in the surrounding areas; from body boarding at Playa Los Tubos, hiking to Las Piscinas Naturales at Manatí, enjoying a relaxing beach day at Mar Chiquita or Puerto Nuevo Beach, visiting the Prime Outlets at Barceloneta or adventuring into unforgettable off-the-beaten-paths that lead to magnificent rivers and waterfalls.

We strongly recommend renting a vehicle to move around. Uber is unreliable outside of San Juan.

The home is located on a first floor. No stairs in order to enter the house or inside of the property.

We are a pet loving property. If you are visiting with your four-legged pal, make sure to add it to the guest list so we can take care of he needs too.
• Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Please help us ensure to properly prepare the property for our next guests. Late checkout without prior host consent will incur a $120 late checkout fee for each hour after checkout time.

• Quiet Hours are from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Guests that receive noise complaints from neighbors will have their reservations canceled and will need to find other lodging alternatives. We can charge a USD 500 fee for break this rule.

If it is verified the need of extra cleaning after check out due unusual mess left by the guest, A Extra Cleaning fee of USD 250 will be issued.
Furniture and decoration can vary according with the time of the year or small renovations and can make appear slightly different from some pictures. What is no cause for claim for inaccurate pictures as will not affect the house use.
Small insects and mosquitoes are expected as we have grass in the garden and the house is in a beach area. This is not reason to any claim or refund.

• Smoking inside the property is prohibited. A $500 smoking fine will be charged if violated. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside.

• Maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Not registered guests are not allowed at the property. Any number of people more than 12, including children, inside the property, without the host's consent, would be considered trespassing the property and would be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without any refunds. We can charge a USD 500 for break this rule.

• Pets must be approved in advance and follow community guidelines. A $80 per pet fee will apply. Any damage to furniture is the guest's responsibility, and if it requires extra cleaning due to the pet pee or poo inside the house, the pet fee will be charged per pet and per day.

• Please clean Barbecue Grill after each use. This will help maintain the grill in the best conditions possible for your enjoyment and for the rest of our beautiful guests. A violation of this rule will imply an extra $60 cleaning fee.

• Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food or any substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged a replacement fee per each damaged unit.

- Fireworks are not allowed.

- Guest must be aware of risks for use the pool or go to the beach while having children inside the property. Any incident is on their entire responsibility and risk.

• Subletting is not allowed.

The property has a generator available in case of power interruption, and guests can request it. The power interruption is not a reason for cancel or refund.

• If the water is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund of the unused nights. In no case will the host reimburse the nights consumed. The host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred due to an interruption in water or electricity service.

There are cameras located outside the house for safety reasons. Remove or block it is a violation of the house rules and would be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without any refunds.
