We do want to clarify a couple of points to ensure accuracy for future guests. The change in unit was communicated to you directly several days before your arrival, and we ensured it was a comparable or upgraded accommodation. We always aim to be transparent and proactive when adjustments are needed. Regarding the TVs, the listing does not advertise TVs in the bedrooms, and we try to clearly set expectations through our photos and description. That said, we appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration as we look to improve. The thermostat is centrally managed to maintain safety and consistency, but we’re always just a message away to make temperature adjustments upon request. We regret that this felt inconvenient for you. We also understand that the neighborhood’s energy isn’t for everyone — while many guests enjoy its vibrancy, we recognize it may not suit all preferences.
