* Our home is pet friendly, but we do charge a $25/pet per night fee to cover the extra cleaning charges.

* We charge an additional $30/day fee to heat both the pool and spa. For those traveling in the summer, you may find this unnecessary. But if it's colder, we can have this nice and ready upon your arrival! Please coordinate with us if you'd like us to turn on the heat for your stay!

* The Weber Grill is yours to use while you're our guest free of charge! If any propane is left over from the last guest you are welcome to it. Otherwise, there is a gas station 1/2 mile from the Windsor Hills main entrance where you can trade the tank for a full one!

*Our home is located in the Windsor Hills Resort Community. This exclusive neighborhood has 24/7 gated security. As per HOA regulations, each guest is allowed 3 vehicles registered to them -- guests will be given a parking pass for each vehicle, making the entry process through the security easy for the duration of your stay while providing the peace of mind that a gated community brings.

* Our professional cleaning team is happy to provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom along with hand soap. In the kitchen you'll find one dishwasher pod as well as a roll of paper towels upon your arrival. We also provide a trash bag per trash can throughout the house. For additional supplies, as well as groceries, we recommend the Super Wal-Mart just a 1/2 mile from the entrance. They also deliver so feel free to set up your drop off to coordinate with your arrival!
