Mediterranean Sea views from every room overlooking Spain. Two outdoor terrace's give you plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and fishing Marina. This Riad (villa) was just remodeled to perfection and has all modern amenities. From Central air conditioning, heating, to upgraded wifi spead, water filter, and led lighting. We are centrally located in the Old Medina, just a 5 min walk to the Kasba and the local markets.
The space
The Riad (villa) is part of the 300 year Old Medina wall built by Portugal. The house offers all local Moroccan artist hand crafted work. From the copper lights, to the ceramic mosaic tile waterfall, to the wooden custum made doors and window's. Come and relax and watch the ferry boats go back and forth to Spain.
Guest access
You get the whole complete Riad (house) to your self. Both terrace balconies are private and for your use only. You will also get a free parking pass if you have a vehicle to park. Also we offer a free walking tour of the Old Medina.

We try to accommodate our guests as much as possible. Let us know what you need and we will make it happen. We can also have traditional Moroccan meals prepared on site
