The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy in the morning & evenings! The interior is warm & inviting with a stone fireplace. There is bountiful wildlife in the area & the driveway allows parking for two cars.

Raven's Haven is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Smoky Mountains, Soco Falls, Cataloochee Ski Resort, and Lake Junaluska. We love the proximity to Maggie & Waynesville as we are located just across from the Maggie Valley Country Club. You will have an opportunity to catch glimpses of the area black bears, elk and turkey, the summer hummingbirds and fireflies, as well as enjoy area conveniences. We hope you create bountiful memories at our cabin.

PEACEFUL mountain views from the front porch. The cabin offers guests a gas fireplace, a covered pavilion with a propane grill and outdoor kitchen with picnic tables, washer & dryer w/complimentary detergent, WIFI, and a SmartTV in the living room.

THE SPACE
When you arrive, you will be greeted by the seclusion of the cabin. Once inside, you will enjoy an open concept for the kitchen/dining room/living room and a gas fireplace.

We provide all basic amenities, but you will need to bring everything you personally require to have an amazing Mountain Cabin experience with you.

Strong WiFi most days, but when weather is bad, no guarantee.

Propane grill (each guest who uses it is required to clean it after use)

Opportunity to enjoy scenic views off the porch with a hot cup of coffee or tea! Although the cabin is located just above Soco Road, you will feel comfortable and at home. It is very peaceful.

In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$125 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover) INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE
$100 Pet Fee (non-refundable) (*Note on pets: One dog under 50lbs will be accepted for $100 per booking.)
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.

• Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine.

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.

As with any trip, unexpected situations can happen, including changes in weather or illness. While travel insurance isn’t required, we do encourage it for peace of mind, as this property’s cancellation policy is firm and non-negotiable.
