Our home is a spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom home with a beautiful pool and spa. It is laid out perfectly to accommodate one large family or two smaller families. Our home is located in the Four Corners community in Davenport, Florida less than ten minutes from the Disney World exit off of I-4. This luxurious home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space with high speed wireless internet, a game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball (table soccer), 50' LED smart TV, with a Blueray player in the family room as well as TVs in every bedroom

Our kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, drip and Keurig coffee makers, blender, mixer, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top/oven, microwave oven and more.

Our dining areas include seating for six in the formal dining room, seating for four in the kitchen, seating for two at the bar height kitchen counter and seating for four outside by the pool under the covered lanai.

The screened in pool/spa is 14 feet x 28 feet and ranges in depths of three feet to five feet. The spa is the perfect place for adults to relax while the children play in the pool (Spa heat (24hr controls) is included with pool heat is available for an extra charge - optional). The pool area also includes three cushioned lounges and seating for four around the table under the covered lanai. There is also two additional chairs for sitting around the pool or pulled up to the table more to sit around the table to eat or play games.

The yard is surrounded by a six foot fence for added privacy while the western exposure allows for viewing Florida's beautiful sunsets (see our main picture)

The living room is the perfect place to finish the day. This room has a very comfortable sofa, a love seat, and oversized chair. For your entertainment there is an 55" smart TV and blue ray/DVD player. there is also a Bluetooth speaker for listening to your favorite music in the home or by the pool and spa. Of course there is a sliding glass door for easy access to the covered lanai and the pool/spa area for further relaxation and enjoyment.

The Game room has an 8' pool table, Air Hockey and Foosball (table soccer) as well as various board games to play with the whole family.

Our home offers four bedrooms and three full baths. It sleeps up to eight. It is perfectly laid out to accommodate one large family or two smaller families. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, TV and large closet.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, walk-in closet, a 32 inch TV and sliding glass door to the pool and spa. The large master bathroom includes a stall shower, tub, double sinks and a separate commode area.

The second bedroom (second master) features a queen size bed, dresser, large closet and 24" TV in addition to a large window overlooking the pool and spa. The second bathroom is located right across the hall and has a new large stall shower, sink and commode.

The third bedroom offers a full size bed, dresser, large closet, and 24" TV while the fourth bedroom includes twin beds, a dresser, large closet and 24" TV. The third bathroom is located between the third and fourth bedrooms. It includes a tub/shower combination, sink and commode.

In the rear of the home are the master and second bedrooms while the third and fourth bedrooms are located in the front of the home. Perfect for the kids to go to sleep while the adults enjoy the living room, game room or pool and spa.
