Best VRBO home ever! Highly recommend. Such a beautiful place and location. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the lovely hospitality and spectacular treats and extras provided. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect. We played games in the dining room, sat in hot tub and enjoyed popcorn machine and the snacks. Communication was fast and friendly. Took walks in the neighborhood. The hot tub water temp was a little cool for our liking, but over all a really good experience. We will return if we venture back to the area.

Great location! Quiet and peaceful but close for fun downtown. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and we had more than we needed for our stay. Owners were very kind and communicated quickly and efficiently available to us anytime we needed. Check out instructions were clear and simple!

Great Stay!

Great place to stay while visiting Nashville! The home was well equipped to entertain all from ages 3-65! We appreciated all of the personalized features—hot tub, popcorn maker, smart TVs, and a giant game closet! Close to Nissan Stadium and easy to drive or call an Uber!

Check in process was simple; code was provided for the home days before we arrived. Everything was clean and tidy, it was a great touch to arrival that coffee and snacks were complimentary. Aretha was quick to respond to any concerns we had and took care of any issues we had in a timely manner. Loved the property and how close it was to Nashville. Looking forward to staying there when we visit again.

The house was fantastic we came in for our wedding this weekend and needed an extra place for the siblings to stay, we had a great time with the hottub and being able to have a fire while listening to music after the preds game and the ceremony! Would definitely recommend to anyone who does not want to stay directly downtown especially those of us from Nashville who just need to be close enough for comfort without being caught up in Nashville chaos. The uber ride is only about 25 minutes from downtown so it was easy to meet up with family for dinner, lots of space for the kids to play and let their energy out without having to worry about traffic. Overall fantastic place and host was very easy to communicate with! Would recommend to anyone coming into town for business or pleasure.

Cheer comp weekend

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The house is clean comfortable and very well stocked! The kids so enjoyed relaxing mornings in the yard, on the swing and playing cornhole. After our long days at the convention center the hot tub and back porch were a great way to relax and unwind. Thanks so much for a great getaway we will definitely be back again.

Fantastic experience all around

The home was absolutely excellent and served my family and me incredibly well—it had everything we needed and more. It’s a warm, welcoming space with plenty of games to keep everyone entertained and a wonderful patio that's perfect for relaxing. The host was fantastic, with excellent communication and a genuine willingness to accommodate anything we needed—though truthfully, we didn’t need a thing. This house is truly fantastic. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Perfect!!!

This was exactly what we wanted!! We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday!! It was a short Uber ride to downtown for the ones that hit up Broadway and the ones that stayed back at the home enjoyed the outdoor patio and hot tub!! The extra added touches to the home was such a treat to us all!! The owners of this home have been so good to us!! We are leaving Nashville with nothing but great memories!!

Family vacation & cheerleading competition

We traveled to Nashville for our granddaughter’s Nationals Cheer Competition (placed 1st in their division and Grand Champions overall). Our stay at Valley Trail Resort was fantastic. Everything anyone would need was provided. The house was very clean and inviting. The grandchildren really enjoyed the many activities that were provided.

Easy drive to all the best sights

We had the best time here! Aretha and Joe were so easy to communicate with and they let us have a surprise birthday dinner with our family who came in to celebrate. We had a great time and the house was clean and comfortable and had games to play! They even had things that kept my 2 year old entertained. We would absolutely stay in this house again if we get back to Nashville. It’s a short drive from the airport and to any of the things to see. We had such an enjoyable long weekend!

We stayed here for the Nashville Marathon and found it had good access I to Nashville for all of the activities but created a much nicer and quieter place to come back to. House is clean and the hosts have provided creative extras. Very nice…

Wonderful, comfortable property!

Myself and three of my girlfriends had a four day trip to Nashville. The home was exactly as described and even better than what the photos depict in the VRBO listing. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room. The home was decorated very nicely with a Nashville theme and had everything we needed. We rented a vehicle to drive to Nashville but when we went downtown, we Ubered every time as its crazy busy downtown with no where to park. Communication with the owners was great - they were always quick to respond, and provide check in info and details of the property promptly. Well stocked with towels, kitchen cooking items, coffee bar, etc. Snacks and bottled water was very nice.If we visit Nashville again, the Valley Trail retreat will definitely be our return place. If anybody mentions they'll be going to Nashville, we will highly recommend.

Through our nonprofit organization here in Nashville, we work closely with mentally disabled men, providing them a safe space and home. When we’re not hosting, we enjoy taking our boat out on weekends and giving back to our community. Being hosts gives us the opportunity to meet wonderful people and help make their Nashville experience special.
