Welcome to your Oak Island retreat! Freshly painted inside and out - new fans in all bedrooms - cozy furniture- smart TVs - screened in porch and fenced yard!

Relax, and read a book on the back porch or comfy primary suite chair. Walk or drive to the beautiful Long beach which is only .5 miles away (12 minute walk). The beach offers warm waters and soft sand as far as the eye can see.

At the end of the day take a bath in our oversized bath tub or outdoor shower. Let the family play one dozens of games at our dinner table while the chef prepares or orders dinner. When you are ready to watch a show- enjoy one of our brand new smart TVs (55" in family room) and primary bedroom.

We have the kitchen equipped with everything you need from a salad spinner to an ice cream maker.

Our home is on a quiet, dead end road with no through traffic, and offers all rooms on one floor with no interior steps (just have to step into tub for indoor showers). Beach access is just over the bridge, accessible beach access only blocks away.

OTHER DETAILS:

Property is one level with just a few stairs to enter the front or back doors. Sturdy railings exist at both entrances.

Guests can bring their own golf carts or rent one locally. Golf carts and other personal gear can be parked in the driveway.

Parking notes: There is parking in driveway for 3 vehicles.

Due to local laws, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
