Private self contained one bedroom queen suite that can accommodate 1-4 guests. Living room has pullout sectional for additional sleeping space.

Bathroom with tub/shower combo with soap dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And a few extras available for convince incase your travelling light.

Come enjoy a 5 piece kitchen including microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, brand new stove including baking pans, pots, dish set, Coffee, beer and wine glasses for your flexible enjoyment, Simple spices (salt, pepper currently)

Keurig coffee and tea station that is well stocked with Twinnings brand tea and Tim Hortons coffee/tea/ french vanilla pods, Silk vegan creamer or 10% dairy cream provided. Choice of sweetness? Honey, Brown or White sugar and Splenda,

(Closed for season until May 1) 2 burner BBQ with patio area set up directly out the suits door (BBQ does require an additional service fee of $20 per reservation which can be requested to host, this covers cleaning and propane)

Catch up on some laundry well away from home with a Washer / dryer located in queen bedroom for easy access.

Please note:
- This is a strictly non smoking, partying, drug usage space as we welcome families with children and are located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Respect this space as we have set it up in a way that welcomes simple relaxation.
- Host lives on property for easy consultation.

- There are two steps within the unit one
up into the kitchen and one down into
the sunken living room.
