The spacious living room boasts new floors, new dual pane windows, a sleeper sofa and a 55” smart TV with Netflix & YouTube Live TV. Queen-sized sofa bed in living room can sleep an additional person.

The master suite is equipped with a new, high-end King size mattress from Sit N’ Sleep’s luxury line, memory foam pillows,  a smart TV, and French doors that open to a lovely backyard.

The newly remodeled kitchen with stunning backsplash and 36” Viking Range opens directly to a large private deck set beneath string lights. The deck wraps around a beautiful Jacaranda tree.
