PLEASE NOTE; that unlike almost all "pool;" properties we have a large and TOTALLY PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and NOT a community pool which is often mis-portrayed in listings as a private pool on premises but in reality is a shared condo, public or apt. pool. Just remodeled.

We are here to "advise" first time visitors on the best sights, restaurants, tours, etc. if they wish. Fly directly into our lovely SB airport easily from Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas or Chicago. Avoid LAX hassles!! We are a very unique property. You will have a real SB homestay experience with us. But, if you want complete solitude and no interaction, that is fine.

High profile guests book with us because of our privacy and discretion.

We are very flexible on check- in and check- out times in accordance with your flights and other travel plans. Scheduled on a case by case basis by your hosts. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST included for first morning. Snacks too. New Keurig and complimentary coffee/cream whenever you wish. (French press also) Excellent Wi-Fi Reception on property.

Newer and very clean guest suite with hardwood floors and separate private entrances, adjoining main house.
This is the end wing of a beautiful SB home with separate water, heating, electrical systems, A/C from main house. No noise transfer from or to Suite from house. 2 room Suite with queen bed and adjoining room with king bed. Top quality sleeping!! No sofabeds........Desk area if you want to work.......... Excellent wi fi receception.


Second room also has kitchenette , bathroom and table seating for four. . Suite has fridge, micro, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, elec. fry pan. Elec juicer for oranges you can pick! Please note we do not have a complete stove for "heavy" cooking. We have outdoor grilling avail.

Guests may enjoy occasional i (420use) AWAY from unit on our large property in our lovely lower yard garden area. No tobacco or cigarette smoking anywhere on property.
Lots of local small wildlife and birds visit our yard regularly. Two small rescue dogs on property who love guests.l Caged iguanas in residence. Photo ops! See our fabulous new iguana walk-in cage. A botanical delight with an abundance of flowers and plants and birds of all kinds. Perfect retreat for the discerning guests. Swim day or night in (84+ degree)heated pool. during summer months. Run of property at will. Pool heated by solar and gas. We are similar to a casual higher end hotel /resort in atmosphere and privacy. No other property offers what we do. Easy off street parking.........

One of the most spectacular views in SB, yet 5 to 10 minutes to everything. We greet all of our guests in person to make sure they are comfortable and settled in. We are discretely on property (a senior couple) when guests are here and are available for whatever you might need. No management companies!! Total privacy.
No standardized rules to observe.......A true vacation in your home away from home. We are respectful of your privacy but also enjoy good conversations with our guests........We have ping pong, ........boogie boards, chairs for the beach.......

.Local guests and relatives are welcome to visit ONE DAY for your 3-4 night stay. Full use of pool and facilities, but no overnights.
For stays of 5-7 nights, guests welcome 2 DAYS to enjoy our property.....N/C
