Small families, a group of couples, or several close friends will love this Gulf Highlands condo, featuring easy beach access, perks like a shared pool, and fantastic views from the private balcony.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach, as well as dining at the Sassy Bass Grill and the Kiva Grill. Fort Morgan is nine miles to the west, featuring its own beaches to explore alongside historic fortifications and boardwalks. The nearby Mobile Bay Ferry offers quick access to Dauphin Island. Shops, restaurants, and bars await in Gulf Shores 15 miles east.

Things to know:
Guests will have access to six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony, couch bed was rough and dishes were wet when we got them out of the cabinet. Pool was always overcrowded so you couldnā€™t enjoy it, itā€™s small. The table with all the breakable stuff in the hallway is a accident waiting to happen, hall is way to small for a table.

Great Beach Vacation!

The unit was welcoming and had everything needed for a great stay! There were plenty of linens/towels and pillows for our stay, that were soft and clean. The queen bed was very comfortable. Twin beds were too small for our 11 year old, so the pullout sofa was utilized. Great water pressure and never ran out of hot water. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of little details like the ironing board, iron and broom. Games, wifi and cable were a bonus. Cute decor and nice, comfortable furniture. The unit was clean, but is due for a deep cleaning. Absolutely loved the view and proximity to the beach, boardwalk and pools. The weather was beautiful so we never utilized the indoor amenities, although it was nice to have the option if needed. The family pool was cloudy, but it didn't bother us as we came for the beach ; ) Overall fabulous location away from the hustle & bustle, top floor with amazing views and proximity to the beach! Beach was clean and never overly crowded. Note there are no lifeguards at this location. Staff was polite and property management communication was great. Would recommend and book this unit again!

Everything was perfect!!

First of all, our check in process was very smooth because the instructions in the app was very clear. The view of the ocean from the condo was awesome!! Condo was clean, amenities are stocked, there were chairs for the beach and toys which my children loved and enjoyed so much and it's very close to the laundry & dryer area. Perfect for my family!! We really enjoyed our vacation and we're definitely going back.

The view

This house was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, suitable for 2-4 people and close to the pools and water. At night it was quiet and peaceful. The pools were nice, there was one for families and a pool for 21 and over. Beaches were beautiful. There was toiletries for us when we arrived, for two people the toilet paper and paper towels that were provided was enough for the week we were there. We will definitely come back to this place.

Amazing stay!

The place was great! We also felt really safe knowing security was there 24/7. We had a wonderful time and our residence was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and ice cream shop. 5 Star stay forsure! The toilet made a churning sound, so we called and maintenance came out and fixed the issue with no problem! One thing we found to be an inconvenience was that our building had one elevator and one day, during the middle of the day, it was out of order.. supposedly because they were installing new flooring. This wouldnā€™t have been a big issue if we werenā€™t on the 3rd floor and lugging heavy beach stuff downstairs.

The property is in an awsome location with easy access to the beach. It was clean, well stocked, extra sand castle buckets, shovels, etc for kids. Great pool and over 21 y/o pool. Highly recommend!!! We will go back next year!

Great vacation stay!

We stayed as a family of 4 for a week and loved every minute! Awesome view from the balcony, very comfortable bed, AC works great! I enjoyed the laundry room being just steps away from the room, but the elevator was a bit of a trek, and 2.5 flights of stairs took a good minute with our "independent" toddler with short and slow legs šŸ˜‚. But it wasn't an inconvenience, just took extra time each trip heading in and out. Our girls loved both the indoor and outdoor pool, and our room had plenty of hooks to accommodate our wet suits, towels, hats, etc. They had all the dishes and bath towels we needed, nd plenty of extra bedding

A few days on the Gulf

This oceanfront balcony suite is wonderful. It has everything in the kitchen that youā€™ll need for a vacation day. The bed is a 10+ rating. Shower has nice pressure and we never ran out of hot water. They have thought of everything there is a box on the balcony with stuff to play in the sand for kids, umbrellas to shady from the sun on the beach, beach, chairs, and even an innertube for floating in the water. If we come back to Gulf Shores again, we will definitely stay here again in this exact unit. The sassy bass on the property has very good food. The breakfasts are excellent. The dinner we had was very good as well although our fish was just a wee bit overcooked for our liking. We were too busy having fun talking to tell the kitchen not to overcook it as kitchens do. But not going to hold that against them. Our grandkids came over and spent the afternoon and evening with us on the first day. They had a great time playing amongst themselves and then meeting new friends to play basketball and football and Marco Polo. This is a great place for kids and parents can relax on the sidelines and enjoy a soda or a glass of wine.

We had a great view of the pool and the beach. The home was nice except for the nasty bedding. It was not laundered from the last occupants and had dried slobber on the pillow shams and the bedding did not smell as if it had been laundered.
