This 500 square foot vacation rental is brimming with updated amenities including a well-equipped, full kitchen and a private balcony. Guests also have access to shared pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and sports courts.

Walk just a few steps to a gorgeous stretch of sugar-white sand beach where seasonal beach service is offered. Take a short drive for a fascinating trip back in time and explore Fort Morgan, a 19th-century fort offering tours and Civil War exhibits. Do a little surf fishing at the Fort Morgan Fishing Beach, or drive onto the Mobile Bay Ferry and enjoy a scenic trip over to Dauphin Island.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama, LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Little Getaway

Great room for a small family—sofa bed wouldn’t comfortable sleep an adult but good for kids. Beach is about a 5 minute walk down the resort path and boardwalk. Can rent chairs and umbrellas or haul your own. One of the resort pools is right outside the unit, great for watching your kids. Never heard the neighbors above us or around us (ground floor unit). Overall, I’d stay there again. One tip, get your groceries in Gulf Shores; there’s a DG close but it gets picked over really fast since it’s the only option out there.

Great stay

We needed to add a couple days to our Plantation stay and this studio was available just a few doors down the way. Well kept, attractive and clean. The fold out couch is about toast unfortunately. Not comfortable at all .... But it won't stop me from giving a 5 ⭐ review!

Nice, small space with a strong odor

It's surprising that there's such an odor because the room looks updated and clean. I think it has to do with the AC and the smell is from the vents.

Terrible

No hot water my entire visit. The property manager was very unresponsive. Said they would send someone out a didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

Would definitely go back!!!

The room was so clean and had all the necessities! One of the pools was just steps away. The beach is a bit of a jaunt but it’s so lovely, you don’t mind the walk. Grounds were kept clean. Bed slept very well. Sofa bed was a sofa bed. Throw the kids on it, because it’s not too comfy for adults. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and a 6 yr old. We never spend much time in condo during the day. It’s just a place to sleep for us. We ate outside a couple evening because there is a picnic table right next to pool that we enjoyed using. Thanks so much for the memories! Can’t wait to go back!!

Review - June 2022

I was overall pleased with this rental. However, we had trouble the entire stay with the keypad entry system. It did not work properly and took multiple tries almost every time we had to re-enter the condo. The first night when we arrived, it took us 30 minutes and a series of phone calls before we were able to enter.

Our stay…

The room was filthy! I bought cleaning supplies and had to clean our room before we could even get our stuff inside. The manager of the property “Ashley” wouldn’t answer calls, we called 9 times and she never did return our call. Construction was terrible and parking was pretty much nonexistent. We ended up leaving early and paying for another hotel. Huge inconvenience! We should’ve been notified of the construction and the problems it was going to cause. We were very disappointed!

won’t be back

no parking, no towel service. no one to talk to if you have an issue and our condo wasn’t ready by check in. it took them hours to get clean and they did a very fast clean up leaving dirty bedding and didn’t take the time to properly sanitized the condo. my husbands family has stayed here for over 20 years and we won’t be back.

Okay but old

Okay but in bad repair. I made the mistake of walking across the floor barefoot in the bottoms of my feet were pitch black. We could get the TV on but could never change the channel. I guess the remote did not have batteries in it? Just couldn’t tell. Parking was a huge issue. Got up at 8o’clock in the morning to go to breakfast and someone had literally parked in the drive area behind our car. Finally a woman a grandmother and two kids came running from the pool area apologizing telling us that they were just trying to park so the kids could go swimming. Very inconvenient

Spring stay 2021

Overall we had a really wonderful stay! We usually would have stayed closer to town, but this was a quick trip as we had a few friends getting married on a beach in Fort Morgan. This unit is updated and very nice! We were aware going in that there would be some construction noise, but we barely heard any. The pros: Beach access was pretty easy, even for this unit that is toward the back of the complex. GREAT pool view! You can’t really tell from these pics, but the landscaping between the pool and patio has been cut back some and the pool is RIGHT there! There is another pool and hot tub on site as well. Updated unit was in great shape! TONS of outlets, which we really appreciated. TV access with streaming services! This was great because it rained about 80% of the few days we were there so we actually got a lot of use from this. Kitchen appliances were all updated and in working condition! The cons: Parking wasn’t available near the unit as stated, we had to park quite far away as they said the construction around the building made it a tow away zone. We were still able to pull fairly close to load/unload. Pillows could have been much better, but we found the extras in the closet after the first night and the second pillows helped a lot! Could have used a coffee table (thought this probably wouldn’t have been an issue if it hadn’t been raining until noon each day we were there, we only noticed because we spent so much time inside) We could have also used a full length mirror, maybe on the back of one of the closet doors? Not a necessity but would have been nice. Overall, the stay was really great! The grounds are beautiful and security was thorough, made us feel very safe. The beach is well kept and has chairs on the beach (though it looked like Fri-Sun they charge a minimal fee for them). Sassy Bass market and restaurant down the road was AWESOME (the one on site was still closed but I hear they hope to reopen VERY soon)! Also, we left coffee filters and so did the person before us-so there should be plenty for a while LOL! Thank you for a great stay!!

Construction

When we arrived the whole area was under construction and we were told to park quite a distance. I complained and they told me too bad The whole time we were their no one worked in our parking area The room was clean but things were broken. I would never stay there again.
