This 500 square foot vacation rental is brimming with updated amenities including a well-equipped, full kitchen and a private balcony. Guests also have access to shared pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and sports courts.

Walk just a few steps to a gorgeous stretch of sugar-white sand beach where seasonal beach service is offered. Take a short drive for a fascinating trip back in time and explore Fort Morgan, a 19th-century fort offering tours and Civil War exhibits. Do a little surf fishing at the Fort Morgan Fishing Beach, or drive onto the Mobile Bay Ferry and enjoy a scenic trip over to Dauphin Island.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

Nice Little Getaway

Great room for a small familyā€”sofa bed wouldnā€™t comfortable sleep an adult but good for kids. Beach is about a 5 minute walk down the resort path and boardwalk. Can rent chairs and umbrellas or haul your own. One of the resort pools is right outside the unit, great for watching your kids. Never heard the neighbors above us or around us (ground floor unit). Overall, Iā€™d stay there again. One tip, get your groceries in Gulf Shores; thereā€™s a DG close but it gets picked over really fast since itā€™s the only option out there.

Great stay

We needed to add a couple days to our Plantation stay and this studio was available just a few doors down the way. Well kept, attractive and clean. The fold out couch is about toast unfortunately. Not comfortable at all .... But it won't stop me from giving a 5 ā­ review!

It's surprising that there's such an odor because the room looks updated and clean. I think it has to do with the AC and the smell is from the vents.

This is a very nice unitā€¦ Only a few steps from the parking lot. Only a few steps from the pool. It is very small but well appointed. Only real downer to this place wish that you could tell it was a heavy renter and was pretty dirtyā€¦ Tons of dust under the furniture. ...Tons of dirt on the floorā€¦ Nasty shower curtainā€¦

Terrible

No hot water my entire visit. The property manager was very unresponsive. Said they would send someone out a didnā€™t. Wouldnā€™t recommend staying at this place.

Would definitely go back!!!

The room was so clean and had all the necessities! One of the pools was just steps away. The beach is a bit of a jaunt but itā€™s so lovely, you donā€™t mind the walk. Grounds were kept clean. Bed slept very well. Sofa bed was a sofa bed. Throw the kids on it, because itā€™s not too comfy for adults. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and a 6 yr old. We never spend much time in condo during the day. Itā€™s just a place to sleep for us. We ate outside a couple evening because there is a picnic table right next to pool that we enjoyed using. Thanks so much for the memories! Canā€™t wait to go back!!

Our stayā€¦

The room was filthy! I bought cleaning supplies and had to clean our room before we could even get our stuff inside. The manager of the property ā€œAshleyā€ wouldnā€™t answer calls, we called 9 times and she never did return our call. Construction was terrible and parking was pretty much nonexistent. We ended up leaving early and paying for another hotel. Huge inconvenience! We shouldā€™ve been notified of the construction and the problems it was going to cause. We were very disappointed!

The condo itself was nice, description needs updating

The condo itself was immaculate. Very nicely decorated and clean. The description stated that the unit was ocean front. It was far from it. This unit was at least a football field, if not more, away from sand. The patio was literally too small for 2 people to sit on, and the view was shrubs that were probably 8 ft tall, so no view at all. The description also stated that there was a washer and dryer. There wasn't. You had to go to the on-site coin operated laundromat if you needed to do any laundry. We kept having issues with the unit above ours doing renovations. I finally broke down and called someone at the office, told them our issue, but never even got a call back or response. Overall, the condo was beautiful, but the description of amenities is mis-leading, and the customer service was not good. I won't be using Mandoki Hospitality again to book. I'll go directly through the owner from now on.

We recently stayed and it all around was good. First I have to say the Facebook help team is very responsive and helped the whole time! We got there during a tropical storm and our door lock wouldn't work. We had to go through 5 codes before it would work. The bathroom is in major need of work. The sink is messed up, the metal accents (toilet paper holder and so on) are all rusted, and no shelf space to put stuff. We had two adults and 2 kids under 5 and I felt it was tiny. It worked but in the future I would want larger space. There was no amenity key and we even asked and still never got one. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS. I dont think you could even call them pillows because there wasnt anything left of them. You can not see the ocean just fyi... I loved it was on the bottom floor right by the pool, we didn't have to carry sandy stuff through the condo, just tossed it over the back porch. Very nice resort over all. I hated there wasn't a washer and dryer in the condo. We like to wash bathing suits and towels to get salt and sand off and you had to pay to do that, if there was even one open. It was off the beaten path but less people I felt. We had a good time just needs some adjustments.

I was overall pleased with this rental. However, we had trouble the entire stay with the keypad entry system. It did not work properly and took multiple tries almost every time we had to re-enter the condo. The first night when we arrived, it took us 30 minutes and a series of phone calls before we were able to enter.

wonā€™t be back

no parking, no towel service. no one to talk to if you have an issue and our condo wasnā€™t ready by check in. it took them hours to get clean and they did a very fast clean up leaving dirty bedding and didnā€™t take the time to properly sanitized the condo. my husbands family has stayed here for over 20 years and we wonā€™t be back.

Okay but in bad repair. I made the mistake of walking across the floor barefoot in the bottoms of my feet were pitch black. We could get the TV on but could never change the channel. I guess the remote did not have batteries in it? Just couldnā€™t tell. Parking was a huge issue. Got up at 8oā€™clock in the morning to go to breakfast and someone had literally parked in the drive area behind our car. Finally a woman a grandmother and two kids came running from the pool area apologizing telling us that they were just trying to park so the kids could go swimming. Very inconvenient
