**Property Project Notice: Please note that the Maui Parkshore complex will undergo exterior spall repair and painting March 30 – June 2026. Construction activity, noise, and temporary restrictions on lanai or stairwell access may occur during work hours. Dates and affected areas are subject to change.**
This attractive 2-bedroom, 2-bath S. Kihei vacation rental overlooks the pool area and offers ocean views beyond. Recent renovations in the kitchen included new cabinetry, granite countertops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and fixtures. The bathrooms have also been completely renovated with new vanities, granite countertops, tile showers with glass doors and new appliances. Conveniently located across the street from Maui Kamaole Beach Park III.
This 2nd floor Maui vacation rental accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a queen bed in the master bedroom with 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms feature tiled walk-in showers. Pack light as this unit offers a stack washer and dryer.
Cooling features: Ceiling fans only (No Air Conditioning)
Guests and residents enjoy the especially serene and quiet atmosphere at Maui Parkshore; as such, group bookings are discouraged and all House Rules and Quiet Hours are strictly enforced at all times.
**Please note: The maximum occupancy allowed in this condominium is four (4) people (including adults, children, and infants). The penalty for exceeding the maximum occupancy includes eviction from the condo with no refund of any unused nights; and/or an additional charge of $100 (plus applicable taxes) per additional person, per night. The on-site association of apartment owners’ staff monitors the occupancy of the condos at the condominium complex. All violations of occupancy or house rules will be reported to the condo owner and management company.
Please note: Per house Rules paddleboards and surfboards are NOT allowed inside the condo or on the lanai
