This 1950s tropical getaway is a convenient 2-minute walk to the beach, 2 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach allowing for easy access to local restaurants, bars, and nightlife without the need to find parking. The house has everything you need for a fun beach weekend or longer getaway. New A/C!! Located 15 mins from Port Canaveral, 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and 60 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and other theme parks.

Your host Paul and Jennifer are delighted to welcome guests to Sandy Feet Cottage here on the Space Coast. This property has had over 200- ***** 5-star reviews since it was listed for rentals in the past under old management and owner. Enjoy our 1,100 sq ft outdoor fenced oasis. With three different areas for family fun. Whip up burgers and dogs for the family on the grill. Relax around the fire pit fixing s'mores, or gather at the oversized picnic table for a family meal (cocktail). Along the Atlantic Ocean outdoor living can recharge anybody's batteries. This cottage has 1 king-size bed in the master, 1 queen the in guest, and 2 doubles in the 3rd.

Guests can enjoy the entire cottage, fenced-in backyard, and oversized parking area.

Sandy Feet Week

Enjoyed our stay. Sandy Feet property was very convenient to the beach, old downtown, and to the Cocoa Beach recreation facilities. Only hedge is the location is on the major south going street so traffic noise until 8 p.m. or so can be significant. Also, a landscaping operation was next door on the corner that made some noise on occasion but not too big of a deal. Overall we had a nice stay and appreciated all of the sunshine.

Gorgeous backyard and very nice owner!

Everything went well and enjoyed our stay at the house; cozy and the backyard is fantastic. Jennifer is very nice and will help if there are any issues. We really did not stay at the house much since we were visiting family and friends for Thanksgiving. We mainly stayed at the house since we have a small dog and wanted a private area with a fenced in backyard. It was a perfect location to walk downtown and go to the destinations we were spending time at during the visit.

Perfect house for your dog

Pictures and description are very accurate. Walk to beach, bars and restaurants. House is roomy and comfortable. Night screen RV in family room, and also in master BR. Loved the master shower. Great backyard. Lots of room for parking.

Cute getaway

The house was in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and a short walk or easy drive to tons of great restaurants. The host was fabulous. Brought over delicious homemade banana bread. Gave us some great suggestions on places to try. The backyard was beautiful and the house was perfect for my family and dogs. We even had enough space for my mom and stepdad to join us. We would come back to stay in the future.

Wonderful beach cottage, great host!

My husband, 12yo son, and I spent 5 days here for Spring Break. The property is wonderful - clean, plenty of room, and walkable to the beach and great local restaurants. Our check in process was super easy and Jennifer even accommodated our request to arrive a little early. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, providing recommendations to local spots when asked and also swinging by to make a (very minor) repair as soon as it was needed. The backyard is fantastic for grilling and enjoying the beach breeze over dinner. We were even able to see a rocket launch from there while we ate! All in all, if we come back to Cocoa Beach we'll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Tropical Oasis

The house was adorable and full of character. I especially loved the many natural plants both inside and outside. The back yard was full of well maintained tropical plants, a fire pit with comfortable adirondacks, and a large pavilion with plenty of seating. There were so many thoughtful extras throughout the house, like facial SPF lotion, dog treats, and baby supplies that came in handy among others. Additionally, the place is only about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this comfy, charming home and would absolutely return.

Amazing Beach Getaway! Perfect Location & Pet-Friendly!

We had the most fantastic stay at this charming home, just a block away from the beach! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true oasis. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning strolls and sunset views.One of the highlights was that the house is pet-friendly and features a fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our dog. The outdoor space is a dream—spacious, private, and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring. We spent a lot of time in the backyard, enjoying the fresh air and comfort.Inside, the house is cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The living space was perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, and the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.Overall, this home provided the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. Cozy oasis just steps away from the beach!

Everything about our stay in the amazing home was great from start to finish. Jennifer, the host was very quick to respond and personally came to greet us when we arrived. The home is "charming and cozy" We loved the flow of the home, the location to both beach and downtown. They made us feel at ease about traveling with our little dogs. There were all the creature comforts there for them and they back yard, besides the fact that it is amazingly landscaped, was very safe for the dogs and the fence was in good condition so we didn't have to worry about the littlest one slipping out. Everything we needed was available to be comfortable. We cooked our own meals a lot, the shower is amazing! We can't say enough great things about the entire package and we would certainly go back again. I will miss sitting in the back room with all the windows, facing that beautiful yard and watching the sun come up with my morning coffee. Jennifer even assisted us with the smartest place to shop for necessities and everything was easy to get to. If you are hesitating.... don't, just book it, you won't regret it.

First Vacation in Years!

Pros: Got to bring my dog. Cute welcome package for a pet. Awesome fenced in backyard with grill. Igniter was not working. We repaired so should be good for next guests! Fully stocked coffee bar, linen closet, beach toys, etc. Super close to beach! Weather was outstanding! Only 1 hr away from Orlando. Spent a day at Universal. Cons: Check-in process was frustrating. Code would not work in door. We drove straight through 15hrs and had to deal with door lock. House was over 80 degrees inside. Was curious why it wasn't cooled prior to our arrival. Host reached out when we were 2hrs away and still did not adjust thermostat. Rules regarding pet. Was not aware pet was not allowed on furniture. Our dog sleeps with us. It was a hassle to deal with that. Rules regarding thermostat. 74 is a lot warmer than we are used to, and would have liked to have the option to lower more to our preference. Traveling with teens. Expected each bedroom to have a television. Separate AC unit in 2 bed bedroom was not functioning properly. We ended up going outside and cleaning a filter and it started working. The wifi was spotty. The television and door lock depended on the signal. Large "For Rent" signs outside house. People were stopping to ask us about renting. Overall, the backyard was the star of this property. Showers and sinks drain slowly. Would suggest upgrading shower heads to include handheld attachment. Would likely choose a proper condo in the future if not traveling with my pet.
