There is an electronic lock, and you'll receive the code prior to your check-in!



The Neighborhood:

In south Cocoa Beach, you'll be a stone's throw from everything you could want to do on vacation. A quick walk to the beach or the banana river. Enjoy days lounging in the sun, watersport adventures, a night out on the town, jaunts down to the space center or to view a rocket launch, or a day trip to Orlando for a theme park day.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area!



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



Regarding the 8 guest occupancy, we have a King, Queen, and a bunk bed, which can comfortably fit 6 guests. We also provide 2 floor mattresses to sleep more people which is why the occupancy is set to 8.
