Our residence is located atop a charming cobblestone incline that adds to the area’s character. While most taxis and Ubers are able to provide door-to-door service, please note that during wet weather, some drivers may be hesitant to ascend the slope. We recommend confirming with your driver in advance or requesting a vehicle with all-wheel drive if conditions are rainy. For added support, our guest concierge is available to assist with arrival coordination and alternate drop-off suggestions.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was cozy and clean. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable as well. My significant other and I both have properties on VRBO and and we were impressed with everything. We can’t wait to come back.

Guest left the unit filthy. We found maggots in the microwave. It took my cleaning team 7 hours to clean the unit after his checkout.

Christian was very nice at check in and showing us the unit. The air conditioning was not keeping up at first and didn't keep the rooms very cool. Extra fans would be nice. We loved the roof top pool and views. A short walk to shopping and restaurants or Malecon. We always took an Uber back as the road is very steep! The unit was very clean and had plenty of water and towels.

The condo was nice and well equipped. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The property manager was supposed to meet us the day of our arrival to go over everthing including the use of the inside of room elevator. He never showed up untill the next day. This made it hard on us. The property manager was supposed to bring a few things by, a lamp and a anouther item and never came back. His action does not reflect on how great the owner is to work with. As in other reviews this is on one steep hill and the dogs in the area bark all night long. It actualy is very difficult to tolerate the barking for a month long stay. If you are planing a short stay and want a nice unit this might be for you.

Lovely Place

Great location close to stores, restaurants, Malecon & beach. Safe neighbourhood with keyless entry and lovey sunsets from the rooftop patio/pool.

Great spot

We loved this beautiful condo with great views. It was quiet at night. Yes, be prepared to hike up the steep hill to get to it but if you're in good health, it's not a problem.

Great location for those like us who want to stay in a place that isn’t right in the center of the tourist area but is still within a moderate walking distance of the ocean, restaurants and local sights. The condo itself was spacious for 2 people and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make coffee and our own breakfast each morning. It’s a warm and welcoming neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to many vegetarian and vegan restaurants which were all excellent. The only hiccup with checking in was that we were not instructed to not push the elevator button and try to use the elevator - and to instead just use the stairs to go up to the rooftop pool. It was no big deal for us, but we later felt bad that the elevator was stuck on our floor and must have inconvenienced the other tenants!

Very nice property with all of the needed amenities. Not for the elderly or handicapped as far as walking as it is on a steep grade hill. Beautiful rooftop view if the bay and great location for restaurants, bars and the beach.

Overall this place is awesome. Location is so close to everything that we walked everywhere. We did rent a car -parking is on street only but we always had our spot. Property manager is so easy to communicate with and he is always on top of it! Can’t wait to come back !

The manager of the suite was very attentive to our needs, the space is clean, very good place to relax after touring around puerto Vallarta, not a far walk from the beach, the view is stunning , the master bedroom is so cozy, I absolutely would stay here again because it felt like a spacious home away from home and the manager was attentive to our requests. It would have been more convenient to have the gate and door codes e mailed to me early on the scheduled day of my reservation The incline to your place should be described better. Several Uber rides couldn’t make it up to the residence on the wet street.

We understand how important it is to receive access codes in a timely manner. While we typically send them on the day of arrival, we’re updating our messaging system to ensure they’re delivered earlier for added convenience. Additionally, our guest concierge, available through our property manager, is always on hand to assist with arrival logistics and real-time support. Regarding the incline, thank you for pointing that out. While most taxis and Ubers are able to provide door-to-service I can understand that not all vehicles can in inclement weather. One month stay

On line listing is slightly misleading, the photo from the kitchen shows a beautiful view of Banderas bay, but is now blocked by new construction, which of course produced a lot of noise during the day. Fortunately they respected the tennents and started work at 8 am. The patio door lock was broken, and took a week to get replaced. Elevator did not function to or from our condo, second floor was an inconvenience, but pool on top floor was an issue. We lost internet for a couple of days. 5 de decembria has a lot of dogs and a number of competing roosters🐓 The walk to the Melecon is about 6-8 minutes up and down a significantly steep cobbled stone street. The condo is very well equipped with all kitchen appliances, except regular toaster. Laundry facilities, gas cooktop, coffee maker etc. 3 televisions and comfortable beds. Even a small tool kit for minor repairs which we did on occasion. Overall a great place for younger folks, we are in our 70's.

I am glad that the things you put in your review, that were not a positive experience for you, we discussed prior to your check out, but I’m happy to readdress your points: 1) View: We don’t believe the view to be misleading. The view in the listing is from the rooftop and that view remains unobstructed. 2) Elevator: As we discussed prior to your departure, the elevator can get stuck on another floor if a neighbor doesn’t properly close their door. That was the case and as soon as we were able to reach our neighbor the issue was resolved. 3) Internet: there was a service outage. 4) Toaster: apologies you were disappointed in not having a traditional toaster. 5) The Hill: Thank you for this important feedback. The listing has since been updated to include the street material and hill. Overall it was wonderful to hosts you.

Great location & nicely equipped, comfortable condo. We enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the Malecon, very walkable (even with the doozy of a hill- it helped us walk off some of the tacos we ate!) Probably the quietest place we’ve stayed at in Vallarta; that paired with the comfy bed made for a restful stay. Christian was attentive and responsive, any little hiccup we encountered was addressed and rectified quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
