Take a look at this beautiful Lake House, Mount Carmel Retreat, located on the well-beloved Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas! This charming 3 bedroom property offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and tranquility amidst the stunning natural beauty of the area. This house has everything you need for a getaway to the lake. This property will comfortably sleep 8-10 people with the help of the bunk room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with cookware, dishware, and updated appliances. The entire house is tastefully decorated and very cozy and clean. There are plenty of outdoor seating options to eat, drink and entertain while you watch the sun rise or set over the lake and mountains.



Lake Hamilton Public Boat Ramp is a 3-minute drive away & the boat slip will be available when you stay with us. The boat lift in the pictures will be removed for easier access. There is a swim ladder off the side of the dock and the water is 3-5 feet deep, which is perfect to lounge around and swim in. The kayak pictured will not be available, but we will make a lily pad and other water accessories available for your use.

*During normal water levels, the water will get as low as ~2' when pulling into the dock. We recommend if you are planning to use this dock that you have an outboard motor on your boat. If you have additional questions about this, please inquire.



**Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every year for maintenance during November 1st -March 1st. The boat dock and swimming off the dock will not be available during this time.
