Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5
*********$500 Refundable Security Deposit is required at check in*********

Washrooms were not worked. It got fixed 2 hours before we had to check out. Then they rushed us to checkout at the exact time. We ended up checkout without even getting fresh. This caused us inconvenience as one of the washroom not working for most of our stay

The view of the beach was pleasing.It would have better with clean windows. The rooms were clean but the furniture was uncomfortable. Towels were available upon using your beach towel ticket but only one a day before 5pm. They are very rigid with the time frame. House keeping was very accommodating with furnishing us with a new frying pan and flipper and providing soap supplies, fresh towels and soap. It would be nice to have the basics condiments i. e. salt and pepper. The room was quiet. We enjoyed playing pickle ball. The pool was too cold for us. All in all good value for the money.

3/5 Stars - Beautiful Views Overshadowed by Cleanliness and Safety IssuesThis property offers a stunning location with breathtaking ocean views that made my mornings and evenings magical. The spacious, open floor plan was perfect for my stay, and watching both the sunrise and sunset from the unit was truly unforgettable - easily the highlight of my stay.However, several significant issues prevented this from being the relaxing getaway I'd hoped for. Upon arrival, the bathroom was not properly cleaned - the toilet needed attention and there was hair on the floor. More concerning was discovering a large roach, which I had to eliminate myself, followed by several smaller roaches throughout my stay.The most serious issue was a major safety hazard with the balcony door. The door handle is missing on the ocean side, and I actually did get locked outside on the balcony with no way to get back in. Thankfully, I had my cell phone with me and was able to call the front desk for assistance, but this could have been a dangerous situation. This is a genuine emergency waiting to happen, especially with the beautiful views encouraging guests to spend time outside.The property has incredible potential with its prime location and gorgeous views, but these cleanliness and safety issues need immediate attention. I'd consider staying again only after confirmation that the pest problem has been professionally addressed and the balcony door has been properly repaired.Would recommend for

The apartment could benefit from some much needed updates, as the hotel itself feels dated and not as clean as expected. Staff interactions were not very welcoming, which was extremely disappointing. On a positive note, the ocean view is absolutely stunning, direct beach access and the location is excellent. If you are looking to spend your entire stay at the beach and only use the hotel to sleep this is an affordable option.

This was horrible. From day one there were issues, starting with the dripping vents which had the carpet soaked. The bathrooms showers were cold. The unit had trash left behind from previous guest and there were roaches. The front desk handles pretty much everything, good luck with getting good communication from the actual owner.

This was a very bad accommodation experience. First of all, I didn't receive any check-in message the day before the trip, and the text messages were not replied, and the phone calls were not answered. When I moved in, I found that the photos were completely inconsistent with the actual situation. The facilities were simple and old, and the toilet was not clean. The next day, we went out and came back to find that the air conditioner was leaking, and our suitcases and clothes were all soaked in water. The owner didn't even reply to our text messages and ignored us at all.
The whole suitcase of clothes was soaked in water.
There was water all over the carpet.

Big and spacious. Great location. Beach, pool and gym were good. Place could have had a few more basic items in kitchen, like dish soap, salt and pepper and some additional cooking items. Strange it did not even have a dish towel to dry dishes.

huge apartment with great view

Love the apartment! All about the views, and we had a direct view of the ocean with a balcony. Huge apartment too, with great size LR, DR, and bedrooms.A few issues...The bedrooms are carpeted and has lots of stains on it. Think it will be wise for them to replace the carpeting. Also, d/w has rust in it. Stove glass door is cracked. However, all in all everything was fine.It was an issue with the beach towels running out several times during our stay, and how to keep checking if they got more in. Also, still annoying that its only 2 beach chairs allowed at the beach per room, and have to pay extra for additional chairs.Staff, checkin, and checkout was great! Will be back.

Quick trip

It was what we were looking for a place to sleep with good location to go other places and still get to wake up and see the beautiful ocean. It was clean and tidy we had no major issues.

Miami beach

The apartment was okay but there isn’t enough kitchen stuff except to heat in the microwave . They left garbage sit in the hallway and if you have 4 guests listed on the itinerary… you should be able to have 4 chairs on the beach. It’s just a way to nickel and dime the patrons. It is a nice location and setting but the restaurant is never open

Lo mejor claramente es la ubicación ya que es excelente . Te alquilan un depto con cocina y resulta que no hay una sartén, individuales, copas, un repasador, nada para limpiar los 4 platos, realmente muy pobre todo .

Nice big condo. Very poorly equipped. No bed spread in the master. No drinking classes in kitchen, only wine glasses. Bathrooms very dated. Wimpy chairs and table on the deck. Nice big deck looking over the ocean, but you have these cheap plastic chairs to sit in and a cheap folding table.

BEWARE! Wont even meet BASIC needs.Thiswas detailed but had to cut it short due to character limits!

I never leave negative reviews! Even after a bad experience, but this experience was unacceptable.We booked a 2-bdrm ocean view suite but were given what was available instead at check-in. Ocean views were booked. I believe they intentionally double-book, knowing tired travelers will accept whatever is available. The unit was freezing (temps in the 40sF), and we later learned the entire building has no heat. The host dismissed concerns, saying she didn’t feel the need to “advertise heat” because we’re in Florida, instead of providing extra blankets or space heaters before arrival knowing the building didn’t have heat. My husband and toddler had to sleep in layers to warm up. We had to share one washcloth. Requests for more were ignored, forcing us to buy towels & a space heater.Other issues:•Extremely minimally stocked kitchen. •A second door in the kitchen that couldn’t be locked from the inside, but has a keyhole to enter from the outside, a clear safety concern.•One elevator broken, the other extremely slow (20 min wait), making it difficult for my husband, who uses a cane & is awaiting hip surgery. The host was dismissive, became unresponsive, & cared more about profit than guest comfort. The front desk staff tried their best but were limited in how they could help. I do not leave bad reviews, I try to give people grace, but this property’s issues are consistent across other reviews on VRBO & the property site. Run the other way!
