Villa Turquesa is a charming home, situated in Playacar surrounded with Mayan ruins, beautiful gardens, considered as one of the most pleasant places in Playa del Carmen.
The house embodies a fresh environment and comfort. A creative design with modern decoration and a flavor of the Mexican style.
The house is also a beautiful location, with a fantastic view for a WEDDING, ANIVERSARY and HONEYMOONERS.

Casa Turquesa is 3,525 sq. ft. On the ground floor a swim up pool, just 15 steps from the greatest beach in Playa del Carmen and on the second floor enriched with an infinity pool, with an amazing continuous view to the Caribbean Sea and Cozumel.

A junior suite with ocean view and access to the beach and pool, has a king size bed, walk-in closet, a/c, fan and flat screen TV.
A second room with a king size bed, fan, a/c, flat screen TV, closet and full bathroom.
A living area with a/c, round shaped furniture, 42' plasma screen, surrounding stereo to control other areas of the house, and a/c individual temperature control. In the dining room you will find design lighting, equipped kitchen with granite counters, island with wine cooler, large cabinets to store your every treat. Viking fridge, laundry room and more. Full bathroom made out of Lahia stone serving the living area.
On the upper floor you will enjoy the marvelous master bedroom, with a lovely his/her bathroom, walk-in closet made out of Mahogany wood, master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, a/c, fan, flat screen TV, satellite and a terrace covered by a large palapa and the infinity pool. Travertine floors, throughout the conchella of the terraces and pool areas.
A fourth room with a king size bed, fan, a/c, flat screen TV and closet.

Walking 10 minutes away from home, you can find the famous well known 5th avenue full of restaurants, bars, mariachi, the most typical artesanies and Mexican souveniers.
Cancun is just 45 minutes away, airport is 30 minutes away and transportation is very easy to get.

Concierge services and cleaning services are available during all your stay.
Security duty for 24 hours on the village.

Mexico trip

The property was just as described and exceeded our expectations. We had breakfast prepared for us each morning and really made the stay more enjoyable. The beach had a lot of seaweeds that typically doesn’t arrive until April but we didn’t plan to swim anyway. Andrea was great and easy to work with

Heaven

Our stay at Villa Turquesa was fabulous! We were a group of 8 (4 couples). There was ample room for the group; the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and everyone enjoyed their privacy. We spent most of our time outside, days around the pool on the first level, afternoons and evenings on the upper deck. We took full advantage of the concierge services offered by the house management. Andrea was incredible! Everything she arranged for us was perfect. She set up a trip to Tulum with an excellent guide that included door to door transportation, two chefs who came to the house on three separate nights and cooked us amazing meals (very reasonably priced) and yoga on our private beach several mornings of our stay! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Andrea was and how much she added to our experience. The beach is literally out the front door and although we had to walk down the beach about 5 minutes to get to a good a swimming area it didn't matter; the view and the sound of the waves are hypnotic. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants, the pier with ferries to Cozumel and a lot of street life. The area is private and very well guarded; at no time did we feel unsafe! Our whole group would highly recommend this location!

Wonderful vacation!

This property is great- exactly as photos show. Plenty of space to enjoy and a great table to enjoy breakfast or happy hour outside on the 2nd floor near the infinity pool. Beach has beautiful sand. While there are some rocks in the water directly in front of the house, if you go 2-3 houses to the left or right, the ocean floor is only sand. Housekeeping services were very diligent and provided laundry services. Plenty of paper products, kitchen supplies, and even shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Maybe even better than the property itself is the communication and recommendations provided from the host. The host arranged our seamless airport transfers as well as recommended a chef service company (Davalos Kitchen) and a private tour company (Living Dreams). Both of these were top notch, and I highly recommend.

Could not have been better!!

The entire stay was amazing! Starting with how we were greeted when we first arrived to how the manager was there for us with any small problem that we had. The guards were amazing and would recommend a 1000%. Very happy we chose to come here. Was kid friendly and right next to the beach. Best two weeks ever! Thank you

Amazing home and amazing service

This is an amazing home with amazing views of the ocean - but most importantly the people running this property are a dream to work with it. They helped us at every point we had questions and went out of their way to make sure the stay was incredible right down to arranging COVID tests for us at the house and arranging transfers etc. I've stayed in Villas all over the world and this is the best service I've ever had. I highly recommend this place and the team and I'll definitely be back. Thank you Andrea and team.

Excellent!

I was skeptical having seen only 1 review but all of that changed. From the moment we arrived and we’re greeted by the house manager Andrea we felt as though we truly started our vacation. When Lilly arrived to keep things pristine it further cemented the idea that we made the right choice. Some notables little touch’s that were big deals to us were a complimentary bottle of wine from a prestigious Mexican winery, abundant exotic. Fruits, beach towels were plentiful and a wireless sound system you can control through an app on your phone. To avoid rocks while swimming a couple houses to the right (as you look @ the ocean) has a very nice sandy bottom. The sargasso comes and the sargasso goes but when it is present it only affects 2-3 meters of water on the shore. Great plastic glasses keep the party moving. The gentleman who looked after the pools was very professional and did an excellent job. Having had stayed down the road @ another property prior to coming to casa turquesa, we were afforded the luxury of a direct comparison. If you are thinking about playacar…Don’t waste time or money anywhere else!
