This amazing one bedroom apartment is within walking distance of Smith's Grocery Store and Whole Foods. It is located in the historic Lady Madonna building which is cradled in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Everything that the city has to offer will be at your fingertips! Whether you are here for the skiing or taking in the city life, the Sage Flat is conveniently located to everything you want to do in Salt Lake City.

The Space:
The Sage Flat has been curated with a relaxing Boho chic style. It is located on the first floor of the Lady Madonna Apartments. When entering the building, you will go down a half flight of stairs to access the first floor hallway. We have tried to anticipate your every travel need to maximize your comfort during your stay. You will have access to high speed internet whether you are streaming movies or needing to upload/download at fast speeds for work. The living room also has a Smart Roku TV for your favorite streaming services. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you need to feed your crew. The bed is made with luxury bamboo linens and a plush duvet comforter to offer comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. The sofa bed is equipped with a Serta mattress with extra bamboo linens available in the master closet for additional guests.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment. We offer self check in so you can arrive anytime that is convenient. The building and apartment door codes will be sent to you the day of check in. The door locks automatically, so be sure to keep these codes on hand at all times. You will also have a reserved parking space behind the building to use during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Lady Madonna Sage Flat is located in downtown Salt Lake City, just 1.6 miles from Salt Palace and 1.6 miles from Temple Square. With free private parking, the property is 1.8 miles from The Tabernacle and a 8-minute walk from Trolley Square. Red Butte Garden is 3.6 miles away and Utah's Hogle Zoo is 3.9 miles from the apartment. Family History Library is 1.8 miles from the apartment, while Utah Museum of Natural History is 2.1 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Salt Lake City International Airport, 5 miles from Lady Madonna Sage Flat.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located less than 2 miles from the Delta Center (formerly Vivint Arena), the Eccles Theater, and The Tabernacle. It is also located 14 miles from the entrance of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons where you will find several world class ski resorts to enjoy some fresh powder in the winter as well as summer fun!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great place, very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for easy access to the train, Trader Joeā€™s and dining. The small touches and host communication were appreciated! Will definitely stay again.

Close to the slopes

Perfect place if you are visiting for skiing. Easy access to the autoroute to go skiing, and if you like walking, close to downtown. Also, 15 minutes drive to the airport.

Clean, cozy and very comfy. In fact my wife said it was the best sleep she has had in months because the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Now she wants new pillows at home thanks to this stay. Thanks for having us.

Perfect Location

We stayed here during Univ. of Utah's graduation week/weekend. It was easy to catch TRAX to/from the U - saving us the hassle of on-campus parking. Place is very clean, quiet and so nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the back of the building. This unit worked for our needs.

Super fun three night trip!

This place is super cute and super cozy for my husband and I when we came to Salt Lake City for the first time to see Boygenius play live at a Library Square. Most of the things we did were a short walk away. The host left a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a delightful touch. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Flat in SLC

Great 1 bd ground floor flat in excellent location! Flat had everything you could need. Check in was super easy and the flat was spotless upon arrival. The dedicated parking spot was a nice bonus. Highly recommend if looking for an amazing flat that walkable to all SLC has to offer

Cute Basement apartment

Very clean, nicely decoated but the first floor in this apartment house is in the basement. The bathroom is so small and the sink was so small I banged my head on a shelf when brushing my teeth!

Four friends and their spouses got together for a reunion adventure to relax and enjoy each other's company. One was under a cancer diagnosis with 6 months left to live. This was to be our last get together. Two couples from California, one from Oregon and one from Washington. We had a great time. The lodging was excellent. Just as described. Thanks!

Narrow Drive - damaged car

The drive way is so narrow I damaged my car hitting the wall it was so narrow on each side driving in. No where to put your clothes. No dresser. No closet space. No space to put anything in the bathroom.

Very nice small apartment with some minor downsides.

Nice, clean, well equipped, small apartment in a good location - we could walk to most places we wished to visit - and the host provided a number of nice, unexpected extras. But, as others have mentioned, there is very little storage - no dresser and only a small hanging rod in the utility closet - and the bathroom is very small as are the fixtures. I have a bad back and the toilet was so small it was very uncomfortable for me. The sink is tiny and there is no place for even a makeup bag except on the toilet. Similarly, the tub is only suitable for small people. Overall, we very much liked the place and only list theses items as they may pose difficulties for certain people.
