The Harborview is located in the heart of the village with beautiful views of the harbor.

Very Sunny one bedroom Completely re-modeled this year, with white washed maple hardwood flooring and a fully custom built kitchen with beautiful white quartz countertops and sea glass back splash. A Queen size bed in bedroom and a queen sized futon in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Full bath with shower & tub. Direct TV, wireless internet, front loader washer/dryer. Linens and towels provided. Parking provided off premise. This is a non-smoking building/unit.

Our Beautiful Harbor offers many activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, Whale Watching & Puffin Watching excursions, Harbor tours, trolley rides through both sides of the harbor, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, many preserves for hiking, antiques, and lots and lots of fantastic restaurants and shopping, most just steps out our door!!

We also can be found in the Boothbay Harbor Mart & Country Store!

Boothbay Harbor Mart & Country Store is centrally located if you need a great cup of organic fresh or cold brewed coffee, a breakfast or lunch snack, a cold beer or bottle of wine, even a cooler to hold it all in! For those who forget or just pack light, we also have toothbrushes, sunscreen, dramamine, and many toiletries and necessities.

The location was amazing and within walking distance to restaurants & shopping, though parking wasn't ideal. The homeowner was very prompt with responses and suggestions. The staircase up to the unit was tight and the floor was not level so we felt "tilted" - not much you can do about that without major construction. It would have been nice to have shades to go along with the shutters in the living room as the windows face the east and street lights were on all night.

Our stay was fabulous! This 3rd floor apt was so well decorated and so clean, plus it came with a view we absolutely loved! The location, in the very heart of Boothbay Harbor, could not have been better. Little shops and great restaurants lined the streets, Our hosts, Mark and Patty could be reached in person or by text at any time. They were wonderful hosts. We rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and hope to go back!

In the heart of Boothbay Harbor, we enjoyed daily walks and easy access to the coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. There was a local band playing on the library lawn Friday evening which we wouldn't have known had we not heard it from the apartment!Brisetto's Coffee, Maine Botanical Gardens and Coastal Prime were highlights of our trip.The trade offs for the excellent location are parking hassles and street noise.Communication during the booking process was excellent. Check-in and check-out communication had a couple of hiccups.

Great location in center of town

Easy check-in, check-out process. Prompt communication. Parking off-site almost deterred us but it was manageable with free overnight parking in the public lot and free 2hr parking spaces around town. Nice to be close to everything. Apartment is small but functional and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Quaint with a view!

We loved staying here! For 2 people it was perfect! The charm of the old building and the location were on point! 5 min or less to anything in the harbor! But the best part was our hosts! Patty and Mark are the best! Always close by with suggestions and help with a smile! If we travel back that way, we will definitely stay there again!

Stairway to spectacular views

Truly the best place to stay!! Right in the heart of town. Everything literally within walking distance. Remodeled kitchen made it easy to make our own breakfast and enjoy our coffee. Patty was so helpful with suggestions. We enjoyed all that Booth Bay has to offer. So many great places to eat. Later in the day ..nice to come back ..cool off...have a cocktail and play cards. We were there for a wedding and everyone was jelly over our place. Cute...quaint...had everything we needed!

We loved our stay here. This is a fantastic location and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Boothbay. Bring eye masks though, the futon sleeper is going to get a lot of light from the windows.

Booth Bay from the center of town

We totally enjoyed our stay, great location in downtown Booth Bay, walkable to everything. Parking is extremely difficult, requires constant moving of your vehicle or pay max rate daily at municipal parking lots. Another downside to the apartment is the mattress on the bed which is in very poor condition. The sides of the mattress were so broken down that you had to sleep closer to the middle which did not leave enough room for 2 people, thus my husband slept on the futon.

Lovely getaway!

My partner and I stayed at Pattyā€™s property because we were in town for a wedding and decided to make a trip out of it. Patty was so welcoming and provided so many great recommendations. She owns the Harbor Mart downstairs so it was nice knowing that we could pop in and ask questions as needed. She was very communicative and made the check in process super easy. The property was as described and very adorable, right in the heart of town. Highly recommend staying here!

October Trip

This was a perfect location. Right in the heart of town within walking distance of restaurants, stores, shops, coffee shops, and the waterfront amenities. It was also a good home base for day trips. The unit was quaint, a bit crooked and out of level in places, and full of light. The units are upstairs and accessed by steep sets of stairs, something mobility challenged individuals should consider (weā€™re seniors and had no issues, jus sayinā€™). We would go back.

Great view & location

The perfect property in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, with lovely views and easy access to everything. This is a great little town to stay in. For those with mobility issues, the stairs up to the apartment are tight so carrying up larger bags can be tricky. Also, there isn't designated parking. It is street parking with limited hours or in a municipal lot. Patty did offer to pay half of the charge if using the municipal lot. Overall, it worked out but just something to be aware of. And, this is a working town so be prepared to wake up early with the deliveries to the shops etc. However, Boothbay Harbor is a great location, close to the Maine Botanical Gardens which were one of the best we have visited, also Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, Ocean Point and Hendricks Beach for beautiful views. Reid State Park beach was another great find on our way back to Portland.

If I Could Rate This Place 6 Stars I Would!

Exceptional property! Located right in Downtown Boothbay, couldn't ask for a better location! Decor is just adorable ! The Owners Patty and Marc are fantastic Hosts and probably the best hosts we have ever encountered in our VRBO travels! Everything you would need is there, this certainly will become our home away from home in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in the heart of Boothbay Harbor close to everything. Parking was inconvenient but manageable. The was tight for 4 people.
