I don't know what it is about this apartment that is just so relaxing and renewing to us. We love looking out the window at the harbor as well as people watching. Maybe it's the smooth jazz music that the coffee shop underneath us plays every day that gives our mornings such a calm start. Maybe it's being able to walk to so many restaurants and attractions without ever getting in our car. Maybe it's having hosts that are super-responsive to questions and concerns. Whatever it is, we absolutely cannot wait to return!

Such a wonderful location! Clean, convenient, and right in the heart of the harbor! We had a little trouble checking in, but the owner was very quick to respond to our needs! 5 stars all around!

Great place

Completely walkable to just about everything! The Red Cup café downstairs is very convenient and when they bake, the smells The landlord is very responsive to all questions, and the apartment is clean and well stocked with anything you might have left at home!The Botanical gardens are a must!

Perfect Vacation Homebase

Just as described and pictured. Exactly what we needed and where we needed to be to explore the region. The apartment was very clean. It was absolutely wonderful to open the windows to catch the breeze and listen to the sounds of the town. 10/10 highly recommend!

Heart of Boothbay

Lovely little apartment in the middle of it all. Fun views of the public dock and bustling crowd. We enjoyed our short trip to Boothbay and the nearby botanical gardens. Great communicative host! Stay here if you can!

Nice apartment in the center of Boothbay Harbor

Because VRBO made it impossible to update my email address, I did not receive the latest news from the owner that she had changed the code on the door lock. That meant calling to get help before we could enter. because we were there in the off season, we were able to park in a space near the unit. In high season having to park 3blocks away is not ideal. Unit very clean and comfortable. entrance not welcoming.

Gardens AGLOW

We came up for a December weekend to see the Gardens AGLOW. We were extremely happy with the unit, its location, and the setup. Perfect for us and loved the view of the harbor. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location and Host

Location was great right in the middle of the shops. Communication with the host was quick. Check in amd out very easy. Place was clean and comfortable.

Relaxing and Wonderful

We spent a week in this lovely apartment. The location was absolutely perfect! There were many restaurants within a five minute walk, and the shops were all around. The apartment was spacious and bright. We had our windows open, and we were close enough to the water that we always had a breeze - not to mention the gorgeous view of the harbor. The parking spot is a bit out of the way, but we only used the car a few times during our stay. We walked and enjoyed just being in this quaint, little town.

In the heart of it all!

Lovely apartment right on main street USA! You couldn’t ask for a better location in Boothbay Harbor. Walkable to everything this sparkling clean vacation rental overlooks the main drag below…. Bars, restaurants, excursions, shopping and even the local Coffee shop are just steps away! Host was A+. Check in was easy, communication land flexibility were top notch! You can’t go wrong with a stay in this lovey apartment!

More than just a view!

This has been our second stay in this great apartment. It has everything and more . Clean and comfortable. Close to everything we like to do. Perfect for walking and shopping in Boothbay Harbor.

Great location in a fun area

Exactly as described, bonus was the main living area was larger than we assumed! Perfect location for all the fun of Boothbay Harbor, although that means it can be a bit loud at times (no problem for us though!). Highly recommended.
